The worst nail services ive been to. You would think lifetime has the status but when it comes to their nail services hygiene is the worst. Manicure and pedi super bad doesnt even remove anything and doesnt even cover the nail coat all the way. I was so terrified by the hygiene there i kept questioning the services and asking for evidence of cleansing tools and they just laughed and paid me full price even when i told them that i stopped in the middle of the mani and pedi i just pray i didnt get fungus or anything. Save yourselves. Literally. Super inconsiderate customer services and super uneducated. They clean all the same tools in one cup with the same liquid and call it “medical grade” after 2 minutes. So so sad.

Patrick is absolutely fantastic! my hair was getting out of hand and he brought it back to life. now it looks and feels so healthy. I get compliments all the time now and every time I say you gotta go to Pat, I can’t recommend him enough!Services: Haircut

I started getting my hair colored here with Patrick and I couldn’t be happier. He’s very skilled and his professionalism shows in every visit. I went from a bright red to a brunette and it looks and feels much healthier that before I started coming here. Ive been getting so many compliments from the color to the blowout. I started getting regular massage when training for the Chicago marathon to get in front of reoccurring injuries. Kelly was AMAZING. She listened to what was happening and knew exactly what I needed. She is a personable as she is knowledgeable. I can't recommend her enough.

My facial with Chrisanthe was top notch. She my gave face a thorough cleaning that was effective with lots of extractions yet relaxing. My skin looks much clearer and brighter and feels softer thanks to her! Highly recommend.

I don't ever post anything negative online however I went in to life spa to try to schedule hair cut. I had hair down to my elbows as I was in few weddings. I wanted a trim of about 2 inches. A gentleman came over to do the cut and he asked twice he much to cut off. Twice I showed him were on by arm wanted hair to hit and he repeated it. I left the salon with a bob. Hair cut that left my hair barely hitting above my shoulders. I was and am still so upset. I know it's hair will grow back but don't use this gentleman, his name was Daniel or Damien.
