As I was browsing through the store, I was having trouble finding a bag that I had seen online. An employee with the name Shahnaz was working the register and I decided to ask her for some assistance. Not only did Shahnaz go out of her way to help me find the bag I was looking for, but she also provided me with some additional recommendations based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the store's inventory and her willingness to help me find exactly what I needed was truly impressive.Throughout our interaction, Shahnaz was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. Her positive attitude and excellent communication skills made me feel valued as a customer. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to Nordstrom Rack's customers.
