In the middle of a big project since last year. We are adding a sun room, a bedroom, and expanding the master bedroom. Bill and his team have been working diligently over the last few months. High quality work all the way from foundation, framing, to insulation, wall boards, plastering. We are finally at trim/finish stage of the project. Reasonable, professional, responsive with no surprise. Would highly recommend.

Bill and his team have been working on our renovation project since early May. He and his team have been attentive to our needs and delivered a quality product. B & B Affordable Renovations was contracted to build a 2475 square foot addition, that included a four car garage, with attached storage room, 2 oversized bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and the installation of a residential elevator. They did a beautiful job, and went the extra mile to perfectly match the custom decorative trim on the inside and outside of our home. We found Bill to be a man of his word. He was very responsive, timely and fair. His crew worked every day, even during the winter months, and their workmanship and attention to detail is very noticeable. The project was very involved and when unexpected issues arose, Bill was very willing to take the time to offer suggestions and collaborate on the best solutions. Overall a great experience.

B&B Affordable created a powder room in my front foyer. Bill coordinated the plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterers and carpenters. The project is amazing, and I'm very pleased with the work that was done.

B&B did a great job finishing our garage, which included adding a door to the backyard and a window as well as shelving. The crew was professional and kept the site clean as they were working. Once we got a date on the books Bill was very communicative and always checked in. Would hire again.

B&B installed a half bath in the foyer of my house. Bill kept in touch letting me know when the tradespeople would be coming and checking to see if I was satisfied with the progress of the project. It was a great addition to my house, and I am delighted with the work that was done.

Bill is currently replacing our existing garage and breezeway with a much larger garage with a second floor that is open to the main house. He was able to easily fulfill our requests, such as a thicker slab for car work and using a steel beam to avoid needing any support columns in the garage. Once the permit was approved, work started quickly, with the old garage torn down within a week, the foundation laid a week later, and the walls going up about a week and a half after that. Small changes to the design, like adding windows or swapping the location of a door and a closet, were easily accommodated without hassle. Communication is clear and he's generally easy to get in touch with. We're very happy with the work so far, and will definitely be hiring B&B again for future projects.UPDATE: July 2021:Last I wrote, Bill was still working on our new addition. He has since finished it and we are very happy with the result -- so much so, that we hired him again to replace the windows on the existing house, painting all the rooms, and updating the HVAC ducting. The work has been excellent on this new contract, and we're just as happy as we were on the addition. Once again, we highly recommend B&B Affordable Renovations.

We had Bill finish our basement. We solicited bids from multiple contractors and are so happy we chose B&B. The quality, outcome, and professionalism were amazing. B&B was reasonable on price but no short cuts on quality. Even the town building inspector was impressed. They even used spray in foam insulation and plaster vs. traditional mud. Bill is so easy to work with and at the end of the day wants his customers to be happy. No issues with his team showing up or responsiveness which can be so common in the industry. We highly recommend you get a quote from Bill for any home project or renovation you're considering

B&B Affordable Renovations added the most flawless addition to my house. I’ve also hired them several times over the years for other jobs (minor and major) and their work never disappoints. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Many of my friends have hired them and the work also comes out perfect & my friends are amazed. If you need construction done to your house, I suggest you only hire B&B. You’ll be so happy you did.
