Wonderful place for everything, they sell used and new, all types of ammo in stock. Great staff ! Gone a few times and purchased ammo and two firearms, very pleased with my experience and recommend 100%

Almost did not come to this shop because of some of the reviews, but I am glad I did. Went in right after I had gotten my LTC to buy my first handgun for carrying, and the workers could not have been more helpful and informative. Do not be dissuaded by the negative reviews, it sounds like they just have a rivalry with the guys down the street. Highly recommend.

I have been shopping at Village since it first opened, I understand times are tough and we have to react based on supply and demand but I felt cheated being a return customer having purchased many firearms there over the years and receiving an offer of 28% of my guns current used value that was purchased there never fired in the original box. I honestly wouldn't even want them to offer a rebuttal ( not that they would) but again I just felt cheated. The store itself is nice and fully stocked and current prices on firearms are I believe within Mass ranges and competitive . Also never had any issue with the staff and they always try to help out but when it comes to trading-in, it almost seems like they're hands are completely tied and what they are offering in my opinion is a slap to the consumer that has purchased they're firearms there in the past, in short if you paid 1000 dollars for a firearm in theory they are going to offer you less than 250 given the gun is now used which is insane. They did not offer consigment, packed up my firearm nicely back into the case and handed it back. With that being said I would recommend buying there and I'll more than likely buy there again but I'll never trade in any of my firearms there and to the consumer thats thinking of trading to buy another I'd look else where.Hope the review helps.Just answering back I figured you should know your employee turned the screen toward me and showed me current trade in price and retail value, also I did my own research and looked at online shops selling the same gun used, your $125.00 assessment is way off , also you state you have plenty in stock, I did not see 1 there at all when I was there and as of 8/21/23 there are non posted on your used inventory ( believe me I checked). So in short it doesn't make sense to me and that's why I posted the review. My recommendation stands that you low ball trade ins, not to say that your inventory isn't competitive but your used prices do not reflect a cheap purchase vs a cheap sale.

Based of the few times I have gone into this place its a shame for new people. You get treated like you're absolutely stupid. I went to ask generic questions about specific pistols in the shop and was treated with nothing but rude behavior and poor attitudes. I really hope they can get better. From what I have been told the owners a great guy but the younger guy has a terrible attitude.BUT with that said the inventory is good and prices seem to be fair.

Lots of guns. Lots of gear and plenty of ammo. I had a great experience with this store. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just received my LTC and bought my first gun. The customer service was impeccable. They were busy and let us know they would be right with us. I asked acouple of questions about the pistols that I had my eye on and he answered everything . I will be back. Also received my first ammo free of charge now that's customer service

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always a pleasure doing business with these guys. Usually a very good inventory - make sure you bring some restraint with you when you or you'll leave with a much lighter wallet than anticipated!

I was just in with a list of magazines to buy and ready to spend about $1000. I was also willing to pay for shipping to my state legally. The gentleman said they usually only ship guns. Despite me reiterating that I'd pay for it, his response was "yea but then I would have to find a box".Keep in mind that they sell prepaid boxes at the post office I would have used. Pretty surprised honestly.The women at "Shooting Supplies" not even 2 minutes away was HAPPY to oblige and has gained my patronage. And now he responds to the review with lies. I said I would start with 2 sig magazines and see what else I could get to make it worth it. I literally said I have a list. These are the first two gun stores I've visited in Massachusetts and was told a need a mass card to purchase unless they are shipped. Can RI residents purchase ammo and magazines in Mass? My reviews are private because where else I go is no one's business, but you should know why I won't purchase from yours.

One of the best shops in the area, very nice and helpful people. Great selection and good prices on ammo and guns. Bought my first shotgun there and were very helpful on teaching me everything about it!! Would recommend
