What the heck?!

Like I truly want strangers reading MY personal stuff, including bank statements, info etc. Along with credit card info and etc!!!

USPS Main Rd, Westport MA.I shipped a package to Singapore and checked the receipt 3 days later for tracking and realized that the postal worker put CHINA for destination instead of SINGAPORE. I wrote SINGAPORE on the form and on the box. I wrote SINGAPORE as country of destination. I think that postal worker thought SINGAPORE is in CHINA. I came across people who think the same all the time.Just to be aware, SINGAPORE and CHINA are totally different country. SINGAPORE is not in CHINA. I just called USPS customer service and she said there will be some problems. She advised that I called 7 days later to open an investigation. Now thats a loss for me for your mistake.

The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.

I tried calling their phone line to ask 1 question. I waited for 2 call backs which lasted almost an hour of me waiting. The women who was attempting to help me was incompetent. If you have a question just drive to the actual post office and ask; don’t waste your time trying to call to get questions answered.

Lazy , a cars rear end partially in front of the mailbox in road driver drove by then stated on tracking report undeliverable , they need to privatize , if Amazon was doing this they would be out of business !!

They are improving. But still there is a lot to improve. Today people don't visit the post office as often as they used to. So many things can be done online. And for that part they are really great. But when you do need to come here, and wait for your turn, seems like a waste of time. Can't say that they love helping. The person who helped me had very low energy and seems tired. For sure made me feel that I'm bothering. It was OK. Got what I came here for.

They have horrible customer service. I used their service for scheduled pickup and stated to ring the doorbell and they didn't. I received an email saying “the carrier attempted, but there was a discrepancy.†They didn't ring the doorbell, and now I can't find someone to talk to. I'm still on hold using the 1-800 number. I wish there was a direct line.

Wish they had an ACTUAL NUMBER!!! Constantly missing packages and being told that "no one was available at the local" ...which I'm at the entire day. I will forever choose any other option, if the option is available.
