I showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and Chris was able to get me in and out before the actual appointment time, despite being really short handed on techs. The tech assigned to my car also noticed another credible issue and took care of it to make sure everything got done right. From the front desk to the guys in the shop, awesome staff and would definitely recommend the N. Dartmouth shop.”

“I purchased a 2016 F350 from Marx recently. Wonderful experience! I hate the thought of dealing with used car salesmen, most of them are crooks. Marc didn’t try to add on any bogus fees or take advantage of me in any way, just a standard dealer prep (which was half of what I was about to pay from another dealer), plus he knocked off some from the original price. I live in Idaho, and after having found the exact vehicle I wanted, I made arrangements to fly out there and drive it home. Marc worked with me with getting the paperwork mailed out so I could register before leaving home. I called several times to work out details, and every time Melissa answered the phone and just has a pleasant personality, very nice to deal with. Marc was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and even offered to have someone pick me up from the airport! Pierre picked me up and we had a nice talk on the drive. Everyone there is just very pleasant to interact with, helpful, honest, full of integrity, good people. I love the vehicle, but I’m so glad I bought it from Marx. It made used-car shopping a pleasure. Marc even called me a couple days later just to check how everything was going with the drive back.”

“We have been using Mid Cape Tire for a little over a year for our 4 car delivery fleet. Mike is a no nonsense kind of guy (in the best kind of gruff Mass mechanic way! lol), but always gets right to the issue and solution, and wont try to oversell but does let you know whats needed on the car. We often bring our vehicles to him on a moments notice for tires, oil, and other mechanical needs and he's so quick with turnaround or is upfront about any delays or hurdles. As a small business, we appreciate working with another reliable local business that understands our needs and limitations. Thank you for all you do for us!”

“After going to town fair tire in a pinch on the weekend and them completely ruining my alignment to the point where I almost couldn’t drive the guys at Dartmouth Tire Fixed all the issues that town fair said they couldn’t. “Can’t get any better than them! Always on point and get exactly what I need done in a timely manner. Have never had a problem with anything I’ve gotten done here from brakes, oil changes, headlights, alternator, etc they have always taken great care of my car. Reasonable prices and always call if anything else needs to be fixed and ask if I want to do it which is great to be updated throughout the process. As a young women, I see some getting taken advanced of, but never here. they’re honest and hard working!! Will never take my car anywhere, but here. Truly grateful!”

“We were in town for a wedding in Bristol. After an 8-hour drive from Baltimore, we realized we had a bad chord in one of 4 "used car" tires that were sketchy at best. Dan had us hooked up with 4 new tires of our choosing. We were in at 8 am and picked the car up at 1:30 pm. Had us done hours before the wedding that afternoon! Saw we were in a panic, got us a deal, and did it as quickly as possible. Can't thank Dan enough! Superior service!”
“I went in to the Fall River Firestone to get a standard oil change and possibly some new tires ahead of a 500 mile trip south. The staff there was inviting and understanding. I expected them to take the whole weekend to with the amount of cars that were in their parking lot. However, they finished my vehicle with an oil change, inspection and new tires in the same day. If I am ever up this way again and need maintenance/repairs that I cannot do myself, I will definitely stop at the Fall River location again.”
