The customer care, service, skill and fairness was just outstanding! The owners, Alison and Rob were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. As a first time customer, with a difficult problem, I never expected the incredible outcome achieved. They are just what you are looking for with your auto needs. Great folks, who provide customers with knowledgeable service at a very fair price. It's refreshing to know these places still exist in the auto industry.

PLEASE READ -- My '05 Honda Accord was off the road for 9 months due to working remotely. It needed an inspection sticker, an oil change and an overall check-up after being off the road for so long. (I also had to have it towed by flatbed from my home to Robs.) I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about the entire experience. They did EXCELLENT work in a timely manner and communication was excellent from start-to-finish. The car needed some additional work, which they took care of immediately. They didn't 'ring me up' or 'add' mysterious labor and/or charges. Everything was explained clearly from the get-go and it was 100% necessary work to get the car back on the road. (The throttle body was shot and stuck open after 17 years of lovely New England weather and the resulting rust.) If you want a mechanic you can TRUST, one that does great work and one that actually cares about its customers, go to Robs Auto Care! This shop is very different from every other mechanic you've been to... Trust me. Update: 5 months after this work was done and the car is still going strong. Thank you, Robs!
