I live in this town and come here all the time to buy scratch tickets. There's an older gentleman that worked in the store on occasion and a younger gentleman as well. Not sure if this is a family owned establishment or not but I believe the woman has given me the worst customer service I've ever had in y life is the mother/wife and the others are thr husband/son. The husband and son are so nice and respectful to me every time I walk in the store but the old lady is very rude and always sends me away lying saying that she stopped selling scratch tickets more than an hour before closing and I believe that she does this because I am black because I've been nothing but respectful and kind to her each time that I enter the store. I know that Westport isn't known for it's diversity but I expected better from this establishment. Tonight she turned me away saying that lottery closes at 7 when the store doesn't close until 8:30 PM. Who shuts down lottery more than an hour and a half before closing time? I'll never enter this store again a day in my life and if you're of a darker hue I wouldn't suggest that you patron this store either.

We, here in Westport, MA, are lucky to have local businesses and farms to support. Pine Hill has always been courteous, professional and in tune with the needs of those who stop in. It is really more than a convenient store, from fine wines, beer and an incredible array of products that will satisfy your needs. This isn't a giant corporate run store. These are OUR locals who hands down, have never let me down. The entire crew are a delight day in and day out. Kindness and fair prices abound. They will always get my business. They have truly earned my loyalty.

Great place besides the woman that works there. She is absolutely miserable. Hates the job and it shows. I won’t even go in if I see she is working. I know I’m not alone on this one, I’ve seen how she interacts with others. Otherwise I’d give them a 5 star.

A full service gas station with a great beer and wine selection... seriously, they have some GREAT beers. The hand made deli sandwiches are worth the stop and they have ice cream too. All your everyday needs are there, including propane tanks. They no longer do automotive repairs/inspections but I can forgive them because the sandwiches and beer options are soo good.

Awesome service, friendly staff, AMAZING SANDWICHES!! If you havn't stopped in since the update, DO SO!! I work up the road and stop in sometimes 3+times/day. I'm working my way through all the new food options. So worth the stop.
