Our girl Sadie was anxious all the time and barked at everything and everyone. Recall was not a word in her vocabulary and she would be the one to take us for a walk. That is, until we met Nick. He was absolutely incredible with Sadie and changed both Sadie's and our lives for the better. Within a few minutes he recognized her lack of confidence. After a few short weeks we went to pick up our girl and the change in her was amazing! She now has more confidence and is less anxious, her barking has subsided, she has great recall and we now walk together with loose leash heel. During her stay with Nick, he would send daily pictures, videos and updates keeping us connected to her and their progress together. If you are considering training for your dog, stop thinking and do it, you would be in excellent hands with Nick. He treats your dog like family! We mare beyond thrilled with our experience with Nick and New England dog training Company.

My dog just got home from an 11 day stay while we were on vacation. She loves going to NE Dog Training for daycare but I was still anxious about leaving her for that long. The staff here is excellent! I can not recommend NE Dog Training enough. I had no need to worry. Millie got to play all day with other dogs and she wasn’t alone at night since staff is on sight. They sent pictures of her during her stay and even celebrated her birthday. When I picked her up she was clean and clearly had been very well taken care of! Every interaction I have had with Bill, Rachel, any staff member really — has been positive. We will be forever customers!

I just wanted to take the time to share how wonderful the owner if this company has been to my family. We are in a difficult situation with our family dog. I called New England dog training after a google search because I did not know what to do any more. The owner listen to me cry on the other end of the phone for over an hour,He never rushed me off the phone but rather listened intently and asked questions.I spoke with him 3 long times during the course of a week. He helped me understand so much about what was happening to our dog and our family. What a understanding , knowledgeable and compassionate person.I am extremely grateful for the time he spent listening to me and giving me advice. This is a company that cares about dogs and their families, this is more than a business for this man, its a way of life. I am not sure I know a business that would have taken as much time as this man did helping me without receiving a payment.I highly recommend this place to any person!

Been taking my dog for years! Wonderful program, awful owner! This is the second time Bill has been disrespectful to my family and I. Bill, as a business owner, you do not scold customers for your own shortcomings! If someone’s been waiting 20 minutes to be addressed by a human, apologize instead of demanding patience and victim blaming.Work on yourself and start treating women better. Check out reviews from other women to see how this is a reoccurring theme.UPDATE- Bill called my mother to tell her my dog was no longer welcome unless I took this review down. After the way you treated me he wasn’t going back anyway! He again tried to blame me for bringing my dog at an "odd time." Take accountability for your actions and maybe your reviews will look better- be patient, they'll come. Just like you told me!!!

We love bringing our puppy here for daycare. Raven always ends up having such a good time everytime we come back, and whenever we get there, he is just beside himself with excitement. They have staff that monitors the dogs so that they're safe and happy while they play. There have also been a couple of times that we've had some miscommunication (our error with the times), and Bill has been nothing but professional and understanding. This place is definitely our go to for daycare and boarding in the future.

They are professional, experienced, honest and caring. This business provides a safe environment and share great knowledgeable in all things canine. Bill guided us with the training of our rescued lab Caroline that we adopted in March 2019. We've been bringing her twice a week for day care ever since. Rachel and all the staff are so attentive, proactive. You can tell they pay attention to every dog needs. Our dog made so much progress socializing over there. We have a routine at drop off and pick up. When we first started, I thought she was a bit tentative going in (perhaps it was my anxiety

I started taking my Benny there when I had to go back into the office this past summer. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Bill and every staff member who I have dealt with have been so awesome. You can easily see the love they have for all dogs and they are all super friendly. I feel great dropping Benny off there knowing that he is good hands and will have a fantastic day. He comes home exhausted which makes me feel less guilty if I have to go out at night.. W

We needed to board our 3 and 1/2 month old puppy that we just adopted at the last minute due to a wedding. I tried many other places but they required Oakley to be fixed. New England Dog Training was happy to board Oakley. The owners are friendly and easily reachable by email or phone. He came home happy and tired. I will be boarding Oakley there again soon!

This is going to be long but definitely worth the read. I brought my Saint Bernard home at 8 1/2 weeks old. It was a very long trip so we didn't get to observe her long before heading home. When we finally got home I noticed something funny about the way she walked. I asked many people including, our primary veterinarian, and I got the same answer..."she's still young and learning her footing. She's bigger than most puppies so it's going to take time." Every visit to the vet I inquired. The next excuse I got was she was cow hocked and it was completely normal for large breed dogs. When she was about 16-17weeks and finally fully vaccinated, I enrolled her at New England Dog training's daycare. The very first time I dropped her off, I met the owner Bill and he took the time to chat with us for a while about a variety of helpful tips(this is our first dog). When I went to pick her up at the end of the day Bill pulled me to the side and expressed his concerns about how she walked and ran. He took the time to give me so much advice and gave me the push to challenge my vet's observation and have further testing. I demanded she get x-rayed and sure enough my poor pup has hip dysplasia at such a young age. I wish I had met Bill sooner because since I found out much later than I should have about her condition, she is no longer a candidate for a surgery that would be thousands cheaper and more effective. The point of this long review is to thank Bill for being so incredible at what he does and for knowing better about a number of things than my actual Vet. Unfortunately she can no longer attend daycare because of her condition, but if she could we would have stayed for the remainder of her life. I can't thank Bill enough, because of him I am now able to seek the best possible help for our baby and help her live in the least amount of pain. Also, although our pup is no longer a member, Bill still took time to talk to me after her diagnosis and give me even more options and advice. He is incredible and we will be indebted always to him! If you're looking for a daycare for your furbaby, this is the one!

I can’t say enough good things about Bill and his staff at New England Dog Training.I have an 8 month old German shepherd who is very stubborn and terrible on a leash. We had previously done puppy classes elsewhere which was essentially a waste of time and money. Bill comes to our house every 2 weeks and provides us with private, affordable dog training lessons tailored to our needs. He taught us how to properly use an e-collar which has been life changing and we are finally able to walk our dog without getting dragged all over the place.Daycare has also been a god send as well. No other place would take use because of how high energy our dog is. Bill doesn’t discriminate. I know that my dog is safe and happy with him and his staff while I’m at work.

Had a terrible experience with Bill. All he wanted to talk about was how it was bad we spayed our dog and we shouldn't have because we ruined her. Talked about her ovaries and asked if I still had my ovaries ?. The talk was so bad that it made my son pass out I had to call 911.?

I can't say enough great things about Bill and New England Dog Training. We adopted a rescue puppy in November. By the time I contacted Bill, she was out of control - nipping everything, not listening, super hyper no matter how much exercise we gave her and my daughters were afraid of her. Then Bill came to the house a few times (which was so convenient) and after a few times (one time he even stayed for 2 hours!) our puppy no longer nips and she sleeps on my daughters as they do remote learning. He helped us so much and she's finally the puppy we knew she could be. I can't recommend Bill enough!

After being referred by Woof Woof in downtown New Bedford I brought my dog Storm to NEDT. My dog Storm was completely exhausted when she returned home from doggie daycare, which is amazing! Bill was very Knowledgeable and professional when I spoke with him about training and daycare. I look forward to bringing Storm for more daycare sessions.
