Had an ongoing issue with my exhaust on my 2011 Honda Pilot. Was referred to Lou’s by a local mechanic I trust . I was able to get an initial estimate , and a final price estimate once they got it up on the lifts. They called to make sure the price was OK and went ahead and did the work and completed the job in a few hours. They offered a two year warranty of their work and also gave me a military discount. The exhaust sounds great and I plan to use Lou’s again in the future. Thanks to the professional staff for a great job well done.

2010 F150 muffler & tailpipe in poor condition. Called Lou's Exhaust, dropped off truck same day. Fixed by mid morning following day. Test drive, sounds great. Fast & professional service, excellent warranty. Would highly recommend.

Was told over the phone it would be between 200 -250 dollars to connect one pipe. I brought the pipe on my own. When they got the car on the lift they said between 400 -500 dollars. Not even close to what I was initially told over the phone. I would have never brought my car at that price. Also they couldn't get the O2 sensor off without breaking it so it cost me another 170.00 I never had an issue removing an O2 sensor but they did. They used to be a lot more fair but now well overpriced. Never again!

Brought my truck in as exhaust muffler rotted out,and y pipe was hanging and front of muffler pipe lose. They gave me an estimate first and set up to drop off on Friday. Truck was done same day and also checked for anything else wrong with vehicle. $430 for all that work and muffler included was a great price and very friendly people too.

Lou's did a full system on my 85 Monte SS and 69 Olds 442.
I had a pipe hanger break, went in to get a new one to replace mine.
5 minutes later my car was on the lift as Lou's took care of business.
Small thing, but I never asked, they insisted and that impressed me especially the way things have been lately in most service shops.
