I had a truly excellent experience buying a used car from iCars. Their customer service was exceptional; Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing a low-pressure sales environment, and communicating very well through the entire purchase/registration process. Their vehicle selection was great, and I was pleased with both the sales price and loan rate I received. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition, and detailed before the keys were handed over. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a used car.

Bought a vehicle there recently was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle drove it for 2 days before the suspension on it failed and check engine light came on I thought I was buying something decent from decent people but I was fooled and never going back there again to any future buyers take the car to a shop on your test drive.

I wanted to wait a year before giving this review. They let me bring my mechanic to look at the bmw and when i say they serviced it i mean my shop was impressed.
I found this place after dealing with the typical sales tactics and non transparency from the big lot next door. The price was competitive for today’s market and there was absolutely no pressure to buy and they gave me advice on fixing my credit which brought me from Low 500’s to low 700’s. Very solid guys and i still have this beast today!

We bought a ford escape 2018 here and we are very happy with it! We drove from 1.5 hours to find the perfect car and wanted to drive away with it same day we test drived it. ICars offered to take a personal check and deliver the car to us once the check cleared, so we didn't have to take a day off work and take another long drive to pick it up. This just shows great customer service they have and treated us really well. I highly recommend them for your next car!

I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek for ICARs and so far I have no complaints. The vehicle runs well and is as pretty as can be.
The owners sons were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Scotty helped me with every step and even explained things to me. I would purchase from them again in the future.

What a great place with amazing people. Scotty was by far thee best sales man to work with. I have never had such a smooth sailing process with purchasing a car. He helped with financing and all of the paperwork even helped me with my insurance. Answered all of my questions and really made the situation very comfortable and easy going. I so recommend scotty to help anyone in need of a vehicle. He got me into the car i wanted and even freshly detailed the inside and washed the outside right before i left the lot . Being a young first time buyer I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who wants to buy a car. The people there are super friendly and they aren’t predatory like many other dealers out there and if you have any questions they love helping you understand what you wanna know why things are the way they are. This place is a 10/10 and the deals are great. I personally had Scottie as my sales person and he helped me every step of the way to purchase the car I wanted and he helped me understand everything I needed to know.
