F.E.Brayton responded to my AAA service call. If I ever need another tow, these are the people I’ll call. The gentleman who came for the car was polite, respectful, and went about his business efficiently. I think it was one of the quickest responses I’ve ever received!

We had a disabled vehicle in our yard. AAA sent them. They arrived on-time as promised. The young man was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Ryan from F.E.Brayton arrived in 20" from A.A.A.service call.Frigid outside! He persisted to get the dead battery started so we could at least drive to get it replaced.
Finest service call ever!! Polite,efficient service.

Claimed they didn't get the memo from AAA to call me en route (maybe true) but then told me they couldn't tow my car without the keys (not true-next company did) and canceled my call and said no other company would accept it in the area and only offered to pick it up the next morning when they were already there. My car was stuck parked sideways in handicap spaces (stuck, I didn't park it there) and they had no problem leaving me there to probably get towed by the police. Well, Eastside towing took my call and spared my Valentine's Day!

I wound up with a flat tire and went through AAA for a tow to the repair shop. Cameron from FE Brayton was there within 20 minutes and was wonderful! If I could give more stars for him I would.

Brayton is area AAA franchise. Today they came to.tow me to Braytons to find out why my 2013 GMC wouldn't start. Justin, the driver and mechanic, was determined to get it to run since it turned over while sputtering but would not start. Justin kept on it until he finally got it to start and eliminated the need for me to have it towed, be without car all day, and I was so pleased for his dogged determination to help. Justin, thank you for your excellent customer service and taking time to explain what u think was the cause. Keep up the great work Justin and Braytons!Service: Engine repair
