Been going there for about 4-5 years since we took in our rescue "Jake", Geri was great and has been the only person that had been able to groom him. Our first experience was with one of those "chain stores" and they got him checked in and that was it, I was still in the parking lot when they called me to come and pick him up"it wasn't possible to cut his hair today, you might want to consider putting him on meds first". So I asked around and I got Geri's name, he's still a little a nervous at drop off but we buy him in a cage until Geri is ready for him and that gives him time to settle down.

Great jobs on both poodles. I've had my dogs done there for years I have never had a bad job done ne them and I'm fussy. They've always been great my dogs are so well behaved because they've been brought up by Jerry.Five stars for sure

The worst grooming and the worst service. So rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction - I would never go back and NEVER recommend her. She butchered my sheltie.

Just picked up my 7 mos. Yorkie puppy, his first grooming appt. I was told the fee would be $45 on the phone, unless he was matted. He is brushed everyday and well cared for. Of course, I'm not a groomer, and I took him there for a professional to handle. I was told it would take 2-2 1/2 hrs., he was done in 1 1/2 hrs. I went to pick him up, and was charged $60!!! She said he was well behaved. What could I do but pay it. Got home and checked him out. His hair on his face is uneven, his "skirt" was not even trimmed, his peepee wasn't trimmed, his tail wasn't trimmed. I asked for a puppy cut. Geez, what a way to treat a new customer. You won't see me back there!
