Trying to find out why it takes over a week for a payment that is sent via a bank’s electronic bill payment system to show up on my account. Could only speak to someone in Mumbai INDIA!!!! That’s awful for a company in AMERICA!!! Lousy customer service!!!!!!!

The delivery was good as always. It's the password recovery that is not good. accessing you on-line has been bad forever. You need an easier way to get on-line so I can access my account.
