I love the attention to all details that this veterinary clinic provides. I have seen 3 of their veterinarians at different times over the last 10 or more years and they along with the front end staff are worderful.

I didn’t need vet services, but my car broke down out front, and Brooke and the other technicians let me use the phone to call a tow. Great people! I’m sure their veterinary services are great!

Dr. Storey is wonderfully kind and patient. He is also a great listener. All of the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. This was appreciated because my dog is very nervous-thank you!

I’ve had many pets and Vets over the years, but Weston Vet is by far the best - best Vets, Techs and Staff. We have a very anxious and leash-reactive dog but the team knows how to handle and love her like she was their own. We’re so grateful for the care she receives at Weston. ❤️

Extremely friendly staff, and great doctors who explain things thoroughly, with pricing for various tests. We were pleased to not have complete sticker shock when paying our bill, like we have experienced at other local vets. Vets are (understandably) expensive, no doubt, but having transparency about the realities of pet healthcare is crucial. We also subscribe to Thrive Plus, which includes free visits and discounts on tests/procedures.

I switched to Weston Vet because I had heard good things and my previous vet was too long of a drive. The office is nice and the reception staff were friendly. However, the vet my dogs saw, Dr. Padron, was rude, inexperienced, and barely examined my dogs. Instead of asking questions or getting to know us and our history, she made superficial judgments and assumptions that were not accurate. She questioned how I could know my 9 year old dog was really deaf (um, he was diagnosed at six months right after I adopted him). She didn't seem to believe the opinion of one of the premier orthopedic surgeons in Massachusetts that my Golden's hip is fine as is (and after her exam my dog limped for two weeks, something he hasn't done in the past four years I've had him). The couple of specific issues I did bring up (eg my Golden's skin condition) were brushed off and continue to be a problem. I felt my dogs got extremely subpar care for an extremely high price tag (over $1100 for annual shots for two dogs and simple blood work for one dog - no meds or anything). The other vets at the practice might embody the high standards I was expecting but the vet I saw didn't.

This hospital has been purchased by the corporation Thrive and cost has skyrocketed. I’m shocked that this wonderful staff continue to work there although one doctor has left due to these issues.
