Staff peels out early at this location before 6:30although the hours say 6:30. Why are you lying about the hours UPS? I drove in rush hour traffic to send a package. You are supposed to close at the hours listed or don't say you are open until 6:30. Beware of coming here after work.

I love the helpful staff. The store is not wheelchair accessible which would normally be a problem for me, but I call them from the parking spot in front and they are always happy to come out and help me, even when it's just an Amazon return for which I don't need to pay them. Polite and friendly.

Store charged $3 just to print pre-paid label. This is not what other locations do. Avoid this place unless you're simply dropping off a completely prepared package.

Beware of the Weston UPS store!! Today I was mailing 3 identical simple packages. The 'nice' store person literally put one piece of tape on the bottom of the box and one on top. No filling, etc. For that "service" I was charged $37 for packing and service! That's on top of the shipping fees and the costs of the boxes. It was a "packing and service" fee. When queried about these fees, he said, "That's what it is." It turns out UPS stores are all independently owned and operated. Find a different one! Check your receipts from this one too to see what was tacked on to it
