I had a terrible experience with Toula today. She did the worst alterations at the slip of the dress I was supposed to wear at my daughter's wedding. You could see through the lace of the dress the bad work on the slip underneath. When I complained she had such a bad attitude and she said that this was the best she could do. She had my dress for almost a month at her shop and could not work on it because she was busy and left me the last moment without a dress. Such a shame!Now only two weeks before the wedding and I am looking for another seamstress to hopefully correct Toula's bad work. My advice to you is stay away and find another competent and more polite and less mean seamstress. Effie A.

My daughter had a terrible experience there today. She went to get a long dress hemmed and taken in and did not have the exact shoes. Tula justifiably said she would not hem the dress with the wrong shoes, but when my daughter asked if Tula could do the other alterations and she would bring back the shoes Tula was very mean - saying she had plenty of work and did not need this and my daughter should "get out" of her store. Would not recommended using this business and would certainly not send a young person in there by themselves!

Tula is phenomenal and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. When I had a very tight turn around for an event she made an incredibly quick turn around possible (she even opened early to help me). Could not be more grateful to have her close by. She is incredibly talented and makes the whole experience a joy. There is no one more worthy of your business!

Tula did an incredible job tailoring my wedding dress!!! I wore a very heavy ballgown, which may or may not have been a challenge, but she created a bustle with stride! Not only that, but she's a super nice lady who really took the time to get to know me, and most of all she was very affordable for the quality of service I received. Would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a great tailor!!!
