I'm fortunately very rarely sick, on no meds and rarely need to call the office. However, recently was put on hold for over 8 mins, suspiciously close to when the answering service takes over and they never came back to me. Called again and left a message with the answering service and the call was returned days later! Not overly impressed by my doctor either. Failed to diagnose a foot condition and treats me like everything is aging and expected when actually, no they are treatable issues. Looking to move soon.

Had an appointment at 7:30am. The doors were locked and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Now I have to wait 4.5 hours for the next appointment at 12pm because they had the doors locked 10minutes past my appointment time and they refused to see me.Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Honestly the most disrespectful experience I've ever had, unbelievable how awful the woman I saw treated me, I wouldn't wish that treatment on anyone. I can't say enough bad things about this place or at least the doctor I saw. The salt in the wound was even after that horrible experience, and after I told them I'd never return to, they sent me a bill for $300 months later for a test i never asked for or needed

Switched to this office a while back and have nothing but good things to say. Communication is great the providers are thorough and take the time to listen to the patient. Everyone in the office has been pleasant. Any time I have had to call or use the patient portal i received a speedy response and follow up. I highly recommend this practice.

Very slow, expect to wait 40 mins to an hour and a half before anyone actually comes to see you. To get an appointment with any of the good Dr.s takes months of scheduling with no guarantee you'll see your Dr. ( Mine cancelled and I was scheduled for 9 am so was unable to reschedule for a time I could come) the nurse practitioners talk but don't do anything helpful. You would have better luck at an emergency room for a basic headache

Uneven front office staff who did not want to follow up on missing medical records from my previous provider or double check those records for things like date of last physical. Finally I got the information from my employer. The doctor is approachable, understood my concerns about preventive screenings, both in terms of cost and risks, and had a good honest discussion with me. When you check in there is a whiteboard showing which doctors and NPs are on schedule. All were - I had a first of the day appointment - but I wouldn't be surprised if it stays that way. My exam was efficient without anything unnecessary. For instance, my previous primary care physician wanted to do annual pap smears when I only need them every 5 years. The doctor here was younger and seemed better versed in current guidelines. They never got back to me on my mammogram referral, but that's an overprescribed screening in the US, so regardless overall I am glad I made the switch to this practice.

Don't see Dr. Pamela J Sansoucy!!! I badly needed a referral from her and she refused to give me one stating that too much time has passed since the last time I came in for a check up. I have an infection, and cannot afford urgent care. She offered no sympathy and remained firm that there was no other option for me besides to come in. This was all being relayed to me through a nurse because she could not pick up the phone to call me after I requested if she could do so several times. Heywood Hospital is a joke and this is just further proof.
