Every member of the staff was kind and genuinely cared about the well being of my fluffy love. They keep the waiting area clean and inviting. I liked that they had movies on so I could try to distract myself from thinking the worst. They make sure to follow up afterwards. I feel so fortunate and very grateful that they were there when we needed them.

September, my cat had a medical emergency which sadly was terminal. Everyone at the emergency facility was so empathetic. And the vet tried her best to keep him alive but the cancer had spread too far.And this must be an unlucky year as my young Boxer started experiencing issue and pain walking. I immediately used their services. It took me to the Orthopedic department, Neurology Department, and Physical Rehabilitation department. Every vet who saw my dog was wonderful. They explained everything in such great detail, they covered in person findings and exams, and spent considerable amount of time to make sure I understood.I look forward to working with them to get Gambit back to his normal self! And yes, the vets became fast friends with him.

A very difficult night for us as our elderly dog, Pete, struggled for breath. We knew the day was coming but when it happens it's still startling. The folks there welcomed us late on a Saturday night and did their best to comfort us in this very tough moment.

They were amazing supportive and prompt. Couldn’t have asked for better in a painful no win position. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency care for your pet.

One of the fastest and most caring vet experiences we've had! We thought our dog might be sick and we called Westford late at night. They talked to us, looked at photos, and put our mind at ease about what to do. We are so thankful for their help!

My dog became paralyzed from the neck up. She could not close her mouth or blink. She could not walk properly. We don’t have a clue as to how this happened. We were referred to the Westford Vet Neurology. They got us in right away. Our dog was seen by Lauren Wilmarth. She was absolutely wonderful. She is very thorough and extremely caring. She recommended starting meds and stay in contact with pic and videos. She has improved so much and about 95% recovered! We are so happy! I would highly recommend this place. They do what is best for you and your dog under difficult circumstances.

Our two year old cat was very sick. The Vet told us she had an infected uterus and that she had a couple of days left to live, at best. I told her that we couldn't afford it and she told us "Ya, well anyway...just take her home then". I got visibly upset, she said it in front of my 9 year old daughter. The vet literally said to us if we can't afford it, so take your pet home so it can die. How unprofessional. That type of behavior is unacceptable. Aside from all of this, we were there for 5 hours with no communication. My husband had to look for someone several times and at one point was told "Oh, they're busy moving stuff." They knew every minute counted. We made a call to Tufts in N. Grafton and we learned more in two minutes there, than we did at Westford. Our pet didn't matter to them because we couldn't afford the $5-7,000 they were going to charge us for our cats operation. We will never go back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I brought my dog in at 4:30 pm, they took us to a room for her to be treated and I sat there for 3 hours with no update or anything. I had to go to the front desk and ask them for an update myself overall I felt this to be super unprofessional

I came here for my dog who eat something she shouldn’t have so it made her extremely sick and the girl at reception was laughing at/to my dog and the vets were not being sympathetic at all either. They tried to take my dog away from me and treat her in private which I was not comfortable with at all. She is my dog, my baby, my soul how could I just be okay with them taking her away? I can’t, especially knowing that she has separation anxiety from me. Please do yourself and your pet a favor and go to the Veterinary Emergency Group in Shrewsbury.

I'm really thankful for this practice. My cat is presently under their care and I'm praying fur a positive outcome, however the care and compassion they have shown me has been immerse. The location is easily accessible. The private rooms were nice, quiet and well stocked to handle families going through difficult times. The doctor was so kind. Thank you for that kindness.

My dog was rushed here a few years ago after another Vet botched her spay and ignored all signs of internal bleeding for hours and lied about her condition. When we got to Westford, they pulled us in and told us exactly what was going on and what they planned on doing to save her life. They knew we were panicking and were extremely accommodating and went on to not only save my dogs life, but shared picture and video updates on her condition via text everyday that she was there (she had to be admitted for a few days). She was 1 years old when this happened. She is now 4 and healthy and spry. Forever grateful for the help and compassion they gave us during that horrible time. THANK YOU!!!!

Our pet pug Smokey of 13 years suddenly had immense trouble breathing. We brought him in and the doctor and staff immediately attended to Smokey, inserting an oxygen tube to help him breath, they saved his life that night and put smiles on our family's face. They are very compassionate and professional.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our family dog, Vina, needed immediate medical care last week. She was the happiest dog and full of energy. Unfortunately she passed away very suddenly. Westford Veterinary took her in immediately and made not only her, but me very comfortable. Their compassion and care was top knotch. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys for everything

First time I had to take my kitty to an E.R. and it was in the middle of the night. We had a great experience. Everyone was nice and explained everything to us. Hopefully we don't need to take our soul mate to an E.R again but if needed, I would go back there. Leoh wants to give a special thanks to Dr. Gautreau and her team and ask for forgiveness for the lion that comes inside him when he is in the vet ?
