I work in the service industry and, as such, I place a premium on customer experience. From the very first interaction, these folks were fantastic; attentive to detail, responsive and communicative, and easy to work with. While I hope to never need their services again, I'm telling all my friends about Westford Collision. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

They fixed 2 ugly dents for less than $200! I got quotes from 2 other body shops for $3,000, but Westford Collision explained a workaround easier/cheaper way to do the repair. As a bonus, their waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Quality of workmanship is paramount. We've had 2 repairs completed at WC, and we are totally satisfied. You're going to pay the same hourly rate wherever you go, so why not go top class.

Such an incredible experience with Westford Collision. As one might expect - the experience of being involved in an auto accident can be frustrating. Selecting a shop, having the car inspected, and communicating with my insurance company - too setting up a car rental, are just a few of the requirements needed to facilitate the repair. Westford Collision was on top of EVERY aspect from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly. The car rental was on time and the working with the insurance company was outstanding... I only have one wish is that Westford Collision would consider renaming their company to Westford Collision Service, as the service they provide is truly top notch....

This place was absolutely amazing. They fix the damage to my car like it never happened. The staff was so amazing and they kept the repair costs down as much as they could. I would definitely go back there again. Also, Scott (one of the employees) give you a really good deal on a rental with the local Hertz office for about $25 a day. Also, Scott was very nice to drive me to the Hertz office using his own personal vehicle. Highly highly recommend.

Awesome experience! Had been putting off getting some rust taken care of on my beloved Pilot. Just didn’t want to deal with the hassle. On a whim I pulled into Westford Collision just to inquire about the process and get an estimate. The quote was reasonable and was told it would take 3 to 5 days...it was done in 3! No hassles at all. They took great care of me! I’m so happy with the end result! Thanks Westford Collision!

This is THE place to take your vehicle to in the event of collision damage. They repaired my AUDI A4 to perfection! And the customer service provided by Kim and Scott was superb! An absolute great experience form start to finish. I woudl HIGHLY recommend them.

BEST AUTOBODY SHOP AROUND! Seriously. These guys (and girl) are fantastic at what they do, and they were awesome in helping me deal with my and the other guy's insurance companies. I've gone to them 3 times in the past 5 or so years for me hitting a deer, me hitting a pole and me getting hit by a guy that was his fault. I was surprised how fast they fixed everything back to original condition every time. It's crazy. And their customer service honestly cannot be beat. Kim in the office is so nice and knows everything about the insurance side of things - which I know nothing about - and she handled literally all the pain the the butt insurance crap for me! I can't say enough good things about everyone there. Scott the owner is great! You won't be sorry you went here - if you have to.
