Wow. Really, short of a long drawn out paragraph about my negative experience, I’ll just stick with wow. Other than to just add- they gave my sons medication to another child by mistake. A major med. Scary to think they handle and fill serious prescription medications.

From my experience from the front end of the store to the pharmacy the staff work really hard. Yes, they are under staffed but put everything on the line for their customers.My biggest concern is how the customers treat the employees when there's a misunderstanding, need to wait a bit longer or simply unable to help. Customer service is taken very serious here but like most customers they can get very disrespectful and take it personally when they don't like the answer they were given. The pharmacy is were I see the worst side of the customers. The pressure of getting medicine is one thing but screaming at the staff is crossing the line.As a customer and human being, please have more respect for someone who is trying to simply do their job and stop taking it personally.

What a joke these guys are. I have honestly never seen anything like it. 0 stars would give this group to much credit. Even my Dr recommended to never go there. Avoid this place at all cost if you need a medication.

if i could give zero stars, i would. absolutely horrendous customer service. on hold for 4 hours only for them to disconnect me when i was FINALLY the next caller. you aren’t 7/11, you are walgreens. you provide our medications and you’re doing a BAD job at that and being attentive to your customers and callers.

I called Westford Walgreens with a prescription question. I WAS ON HOLD FOR TWO HOURS (I was working and kept it on as background music while the voice kept the countdown about how many calls were ahead of me). Once I was the next person in line, WALGREENS HUNG UP ON ME! STAY AWAY!!!! They don't care or respect you.

Truly one of the worst pharmacies ever! They mix up prescriptions, they are overpriced, and extremely slow. I’m standing in the drive through, the pharmacist is taking his time being on the phone and staring at his computer for more than 10 minutes. Avoid it if you can.

Would do zero if possible! Over 2 hours to refill a simple prescription. The pharmacy is the problem, the rest of the store is fine. Told me it would be 30 minties then I go to get it, oh sorry it's not ready for another 30 minutes . Done with Walgreens, don't go here, unless you enjoy playing the waiting game. ?

Came by to pick up a couple things from here yesterday evening, and the older workers were standing at the entrance of the aisles staring at me and my buddies basically watching our every move, and it was extremely uncomfortable. They couldn’t have made it any more obvious that they were watching us and it was honestly just outright disrespectful. Talk about profiling. I didn’t even want to buy my items anymore, put them back and walked out. Last time i am coming to this Walgreens.

Pharmacy sucks beyond description. About 50% shot you’re able to pick up your script when they tell you it’s ready, then when you show up after getting the the email that it’s ready, it’s not! Transferring to CVS. Heard Walgreens is closing stores…..this should be one of them.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. I've gotten the wrong prescription, they've shorted me on pills, and the app or text says my prescription is ready and when I show up they say its not and I need to wait. No apologies, no nothing. Except attitude. Messing with someone's medication, and getting it wrong is extremely dangers. They are lucky i checked before taking it. The wrong medicine could of killed me.

I would love to like this place! Really nice stuff, very respectful and helpful.But! Pharmacy!I scheduled appointment online for 3 vaccines. No availability till next day, fine, I can wait 24 hours. Whatever. Pharmacist called me half an hour before appointment to confirm my visit. Just to prepare life vaccine. I've arrived. And they told me that they don't have vaccine in stock! It needs to be ordered. So I have to come back next day. You know! My time is really valuable too. You have had 24 hours to prepare for a visit, but it doesn't feels like someone really cares. Or at least let me know that you don't have them in stock so I can find another pharmacy to provide me a service.

Colleen and Janet were very unprofessional. Overcharged me for an item, then tried shifting the blame to me by saying I should do this or I should do that. Colleen has no idea how to work a register, and became impatient asking me to pay when she didn’t press the prompt on her side asking me to do so. First time, last time.
