Made an appointment to get new tires and an alignment for 11am. Dropped off my jeep and did not hear anything for 5 hours, typical tire install and alignment does not take that long. Stopped by at 4:30pm and noticed it hasn’t been touched yet. I went in and asked it if was going to be done in time because I knew they closed at 6pm. He said yes and he was going to have two guys hop on it. I then get a call at 5:11pm saying my jeep has spacers (I knew that) and it is their company policy that they can’t touch it (I didn’t know that). He said I could bring it to a shop or take them off myself which I would have done if I knew this HOURS earlier, and I would have been able to get my tires today.

We sprung a flat on a long road trip and the guys at Sullivan quickly repaired our tire for a great price! We're super grateful for them!

Made “an APPT.” to have some tires mounted and balanced for “first thing Tuesday morning”. I show up to find that I have to leave them for the day which I understood, however on the second afternoon they are still not ready with a “maybe for tomorrow morning”. Come on guys, how does my appt rate in line with your walk-ins? It’s unacceptable and the clerk I assume fits the bill for the previous reviews. Simply unacceptable customer service here.

1 Star is too generous. Horse trailer with a flat (new tire) They wouldn’t change it or lend us tools so we could put our spare on. Rude guy who didn’t want to work or have any common courtesy

I had an urgent need to have a tire replaced and the team managed to find time due to my situation. They ordered the worse case number of tires (due to being an AWD) to get me back on the road soonest, but when I turned up they only needed to fit the one damaged tire. My tire protection plan was automatically applied, which paid for its original purchase. Very grateful for the quick and caring service here. Thanks.
