By FAR, Steve and his team are the absolute best around!!! USE THEM, you will not be disappointed!!We were referred to KRG after we had a difficult time with a former agent who wasn't 100% dedicated to us. We met Steve and Judy Trask for an initial meeting at their office, and their level of professionalism and genuine interest to help us (first time home buyers) blew us away!As buyers, we worked with Judy and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She was extremely proactive, and used her years of experience and expertise to get us in to see houses ASAP and stuck with us through the extremely challenging market we faced in 2023.Judy was professional, punctual, and extremely patient with us, as we saw so many homes and had made numerous offers before we had one accepted. We were in a challenging price point as first time buyers, and were competing with TONS of downsizers, but Judy assured us that the right house would come along, and she was so right!!We are so grateful for all of her hard work, time, and dedication. She was so helpful in guiding us every step of the way, and extremely knowledgeable and provided the advice we needed!She was always available for us when we had crazy questions come up, or needed clarification on something. Even after closing, she has been with us, checking in, and helping us navigate being first time homeowners!We appreciate her commitment to her buyers, and her work. Buying and selling in parallel is difficult in the best of times. Then there’s the emotional turmoil of leaving a home and 30+ years of memories. Judy Trask worked with me to find the perfect condo, a buyer for my home, managed a difficult transaction and smiled through the whole thing. Her professionalism, expertise, and frequent communication to keep me in the loop were much appreciated. She’s a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her and the Kanniard team!

He was a great partner for us -- understanding our objectives, providing sound advice, promoting the listing effectively (including a well-done, professional video), and managing an accelerated listing-to-sale process. Steve Kanniard was recommended by a friend to us, after having to go through a rough first time listing with another realtor. Steve managed to turn things around in our favor within the first week of listing (we had 7 offers !). When it comes to marketing, he leaves no stones unturned reaching out to other realtors and potential buyers. He is well versed with the market scenarios and guided us through with great professionalism until closing. He has an amazing team (Hollis and Jason) who compliment Steve through every step. Hollis was ever ready to answer our questions and helped us have a smooth, hazel-free closing.Overall we would recommend Steve Kanniard for a realtor to anyone who wants a 'true' realtor, who goes above and beyond and works in the best interest of his clients.

The Steve Kanniard Team (Hollis, Steve, & Jason) works for YOU!!! Your interest is their interest! They are the most sincere trusting realtor we've ever worked with. We would absolutely use Steve Kanniard again.We bought & sold our houses with KRG. Buying was easy. Selling was extremely difficult because emotions ran high when it came to renovation & overall prepping, staging/readiness, house valuation, & finally selling of our home. It was a 6 month process and there were some difficult & doubtful moments, but Steve was always there to help & guide us. I highly recommend Kanniard Residential Group for buying/selling a home. Selling my house proved to be an incredible test of faith, endurance, intelligence and strength. Steve was absolutely great to work with on selling my home and purchasing a new one. His knowledge and expertise was needed and greatly appreciated as I was in the house for 47 years so never had the experience of selling one. Steve explained everything to me so that I was very well informed going into and during the process. He gave great advice and was always there when I needed him. I am awaiting the completion of my new house and will be moving in as soon as it is done. I would absolutely recommend Steve if you are thinking of selling or buying a home.And Jason Houde and Hollis O’Brien who work with Steve are also great. Always there when I needed them.I give Steve and his group 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Steve and Brendan were great to work with. I recently sold a townhouse with them and they made the process as easy as it could be. There were multiple offers within a week and even though there was a hiccup on the buyer's side, Steve and Brendan got us back on track as quickly as they could. Their communication is great and I was kept up to date on everything. Great team to work with.
