I researched the Top realtors in Westford. Provided a detailed questionnaire to all of them. Based on that narrowed it down to 4 to come to the house for an interview. Rhonda & Duane were different to the others. It was about us and our home. After getting to know us Rhonda was very specific as to answer what was valuable in our home and to what type of buyer. We had a lot of value we were unaware of. There ended up being a 25% (!) difference between the lowest and highest (Rhonda) suggested listing price.
While Rhonda was the highest she made the most logical and compelling arguments how she got to that price. I know if the professionals had a 25% difference we would have left many hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table had we tried to sell by owner. Let alone the staging she did, the handymen she had to do some of the repairs and suggestions, the attorneys, the videographers etc. etc.
She was extremely repsonsive, very communicative, exceptionally knowledeable and in the end we closed for much higher than we had expected and significanlty above the other realtors suggested listing.
Rhonda and her team are phenomenal!

Rhonda and Duane were so helpful during such a stressful time! It took us 8 months to find our dream home in this insane market and they were there alongside us every weekend. Duane was so knowledgeable and honest as we waived inspection, we felt comfortable with him guiding us along the way and pointing out things we would not have noticed. Rhonda and Duane really wanted to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted and we are so grateful!!

We were first time home buyers so we were looking for a realtor who understands our situation and has patience to answer all our queries and also guide us properly. We are very picky when it comes to buying our first home, we wanted a lot of things and also a particular price point. Rhonda was understanding and help us along the way.. it took us almost 2 years to finally found our dream house. Working with Rhonda and Duane was so easy, they practically became like family to us! They were honest and trustworthy, and their knowledge and professionalism makes it even more helpful when it came to paperwork’s and inspections. Since it was our first time buying a house, they sure made it easy on us. Hands down the best agent! We dealt with another agent before Rhonda, but she wasn’t as helpful. We highly recommend Rhonda, and will tell anyone who is buying to go through her.

We were buying our first home. First home buying process is always very confusing and overwhelming. Rhonda was there for us at every step. She is thoroughly professional,knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator. She and her husband are great team. She is a quick and good communicator. We were lucky to have her.

Rhonda and Duane were great at helping us find our dream home! They were patient, listened to what we were looking for, showed us relevant homes instead of wasting our time, and let us know what to look out for as this was our first time home shopping. Even during this crazy COVID time, they did all this with ease and worked with our schedule. Overall great experience for us first time homeowners!

We needed a home for a home based private practice, residence and agriculture usage that could at least partially be funded through the VA in middlesex County that had good schools and a reasonable commute to Bedford. She is honest, knowledgeable and a fierce negotiator. We highly recommend her. We also had plans to build and were not from Massachusetts. We were then very difficult in the process due to our unique situation as well as some needs of the sellers for the property we chose. She was amazing and walked us through every step! Her husband was a great bonus as he knew lots about inspections and local codes in Westford. She is honest, knowledgeable and a fierce negotiator. We highly recommend her.

Rhonda helped us to find our dream home in less than a half year. She knows the area very well; this is very important for us to avoid pitfalls. Beyond her professionalism, she has a warm and honest character. As first time home buyers, we were unsure of what and where to buy. Rhonda never pushed us to complete the transaction, as many other agents would. Instead, she provided us with timely market research on top of her suggestions based on decades of professional experiences. She respected our decisions and always trying to find what is best for us wholeheartedly. Rhonda works with a great team of professionals. They are helpful, responsive, and easy going. Our transaction went smoothly without any delays or troubles, from bidding, to inspection, to signing purchase and sales, and to closing. One of the superpowers Rhonda has is to help with deciding the offer amount, fine-tuning the price bidding process to different transactions while reserving the best interest for us. We would have either not get the house we are in now or overpaid for other places. Rhonda was there to ensure these did not happen. Overall, we had a great experience working with Rhonda, and deep in our hearts we think Rhonda more than a working agent; She is a friend to us, and we truly believe that if you choose Rhonda, you will be in good hands.

Rhonda helped my husband and I to buy our dream home in Ashburnham. We wanted to put in an offer higher than she recommended because we loved the house and were afraid we would lose it. She explained that it would on comp at that price and she would not recommend buying a house over the value. After much resistance we took her advice and got the house for 7000.00 less than we were going to offer. Without her experience and expertise in the market we would have paid too much. I would highly recommend Rhonda to any one buying or selling their house. She is professional and always has her clients best interest at heart.
