I've stayed at this Residence Inn several times. The rooms are always clean, the beds are very comfortable & I love having the kitchenette & refrigerator in the room. The front desk staff is always friendly & helpful, especially Star. They have a small "convenience store" at the front desk. The inn is just off of Route 495 & there is a variety of retail stores close by.

Love staying here when I’m in town for work. Housekeeping is friendly and very helpful and sweet…if I ever had any issues or needed anything, the front desk was always there to help. I definitely recommend this place when you’re in town and want to be away from the city! Star, Kyle and everyone I’ve encountered at the front desk are the best!!

Huge mistake staying here for 9 nights. Reminded reception at checkin on need for room service. Nothing done after 3 nights. Reminded again - no service still. Rude receptionist (Star) who claimed that I had opted out of room service.

Wow, what a difference from a few weeks ago. I stayed at a Residence Inn in Shreveport prior to this visit. I think Shreveport should take notes from this location on how to properly maintain their building/property. Had such a bad experience in Shreveport that I was very hesitant about staying at this one. But I'm glad I did. Staff was friendly, building is well maintained, rooms have been well kept, and had some of the best nights of sleep. I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Always smell a bit musty in all rooms I ever stay in. Sadly the breakfast has gone down hill. Very poor. No reception. That used to make the place a fun one to visit. Staff friendly.

Stayed here for 3 weeks while our house was repaired after a flood. EVERY night of our stay the hotel reeked of pot. It is legal in MA but smoking is not allowed inside. One night the desk clerk walked the halls with me and had to cover her face because the smell was so bad. They did NOTHING about it. This was every night for THREE WEEKS. Not sure if it is staff or they just don’t enforce the no smoking policy but we have never experienced this at any other hotel.

Star, the front desk manger was informative and friendly. The room was clean, pool was clean and fun for the kids. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Star checked us in and she was great!!! The room and set were all great! The oatmeal breakfast bar had so many options it was hard to choose. Thank you!!!

Our stay was phenomenal. Our room was very clean and nicely laid out. The location was perfect, right off the highway and many shops and restaurants near by. The pool was great and my kids loved it. Breakfast was great just wish they had more protein and fruit options but other than that everything was good (complimentary so that’s a huge bonus) What made our stay was the extraordinary customer service. Star at the front desk was amazing, her kindness and personality set her apart. My son absolutely adored her, from helping my son to getting me a pack and play for my daughter she truly went above and beyond. We will be returning anytime we need to stay in the area.

Stayed at the Residence Inn in Westford Massachusetts due to a power outage in my neighborhood the weekend of 9/8/2023. Serive and rooms are always above average !!
