Tricia and Leah were an absolute powerhouse during our home sale this Spring. They showed up on time (every time), were extremely professional and made us feel like we were their only clients.
Not only did they give great advice; they gave the right advice for the market conditions. They crafted a whole marketing plan from staging to photo framing to how/when to announce the open house; and they confidently stuck to that plan.
Once our house listed the offers rolled in their ability to negotiate was shown to be their most impressive asset. They negotiated our home sale to significantly over our asking price in less than 48 hours which still has us speechless months later.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Leah and Tricia. We moved from the West Coast to Westford, MA, and they were with us all the way. Both Leah and Tricia live in the area and are extremely knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, and whole process. They listened carefully to what we were looking for, were extremely responsive, and even spent over three hours Face Timing with us during the home inspection as we could not be onsite.
The entire process from our offer through closing went extremely smoothly due to their hard work and expertise. We are so appreciative of their support and could not have asked for a better team for our cross country move!

I absolutely loved working with Tricia and have recommended her to everyone I know who might be interested in buying a house!
As a first time homebuyer (and officially homeowner as of two days ago!) I was exceptionally nervous for this process but Tricia helped me through every step along the way. She was always available for questions big and small, helped me think of things I never would have thought of that were outside the scope of being a realtor (because she's just a great person!), fought hard to get me a good deal on an amazing house, and helped me get in contact with amazing people I needed along the way (mortgage brokers, etc).
I absolutely cannot say enough good things about working with her, we had a really quick closing and she was on top of everything throughout showings to this day even after we closed. It put my mind at ease that she kept me on top of everything too! I couldn't have done this without Tricia and her team, I am so grateful!!
