Do not buy anything from this company. They only deliver half of the order. A month later, the other half is still NOT deliver. I emailed them for a refund, they said they will refund 1-2 business days. After 2 business, I still don't see any refund. This is stealing. I'll buy from other brands from now on.

Love your products..you have the worst shipping of anyone that i buy from online..i dont think you can ship any slower..i dread ordering from you..because i know its going to take a minimum of 10 day to 2 weeks to get it..maybe you should use someone else for shipping..or like this order..says it was shipped even though it wasnt picked up for 4 days..its been a week and it still will not give me a delivery date..dont use this time of year as an excuse..this is everytime..fix your shipping..and as you can see from the other reviews..Corporate does not respond to the reviews..shame on you for not caring about your customers

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand ever. worst brand of shoe ive ever bought. I recieved terrible quality, it literally felt like i was walking on the ground barefoot. they clearly do not care about the comfortablity and well being of their customers. never purchasing here, you shouldnt either

BUYER BEWARE!!!! ALL OF THEIR PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL, THERE'S NO WARRANTY WITH ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!! Very upset. I haven't had my shoes a couple of months, like literally. I've worn the insoles down to the cardboard which is odd, or they just haven't held up with the craftsmanship due to defects. I contacted puma, and they said they'd give me 20% off a new pair from their website. ???? How is this helping me? My shoes are fine, just the insoles. Why should I pay for another pair of shoes that aren't 3 months old??? Judging by others commenting here and there, these insoles are known for this.

Bought these slides for my husband 2 months ago… fell apart in 3 weeks… using staples to hold the shoe together. Disappointing. ☹️

I bought Puma sneakers and after 5 weeks the insoles were falling apart and one side had worn through the foam. Poor quality. Puma customer service said they don’t replace and with the insoles ability to come out, the consumer can go buy replacements they like. I will never buy Puma shoes again.

Terrible customer service - shop elsewhere.I live overseas as I work for US Navy. Puma alleges to support service members, and mail to FPO but...1) I Couldn't input my Fleet Post Office address via their mobile app.2) When I phoned to place my order, she couldn't do it either. An hour later, she figured it out, and then the call dropped.3) Started my order again online via my laptop, and I received 2 coupons from Puma for 20% my first order - yeah? And then I could input the FPO, and hey they even said that my offer qualified for FREE shipping - except, they then charged me $15 to ship to FPO and said the 20% discount for first purchase didn't apply to my order.CAN YOU MAKE THIS ANY HARDER?4) I emailed customer service and I have about 8 emails telling me that I am wrong and they are right... Puma just doesn't get it.It shouldn't be THIS difficult for me to spend my money. Don't tell me I get a military discount and then charge me $15 to ship to FPO when I have a banner on the webpage saying, "Your order qualifies for FREE shipping"I'll never shop at Puma again and I'm telling EVERYONE I know the same.
