We went specifically for the colored foam they're supposed to have (which makes it more fun!), but there was only one quick squirt of yellow. Very disappointing! (But the car did get clean.)

First time using this place. Fully automated.
Pulled up to touch side, picked wash type, swiped credit card, pulled in. Did a great job washing. I think the cloth does a better job than no-touch but I get some people don’t want the brushes touching their car.

Arguably the biggest waste of your hard earned money, please avoid at all costs. Over the past few years the prices of their washes have skyrocketed, and the quality of the washes have declined dramatically, and you’re lucky to even get a half working vaccum at this point. Who in their right mind would charge $16 for one of their most basic touch-free car washes? And to add to that my car didn’t even come out clean on the other end - still plenty of dirt and water splotches all over, you’re better off using a garden hose.
I recommend customers take their money to a place like Williamsburg Car Wash in Chelmsford, or literally anywhere else for a significantly less money for a slightly better quality wash.

DO NOT DO THE SOFT TOUCH! I went in tonight to get my car cleaned at the $18 "Regular" option which clearly stated that it offered drying. Halfway through the process, however, the machine just decided it was done and told me I needed to exit the stall. It hadn't bothered to rinse or dry my car. I left with soapy spots covering my car like it was the first snowfall of the winter season. I would have asked for a refund if I could, but lucky for them; nobody is visibly there! Great tactic. I had to go around a second time to one of the Touch Free stalls and paid for a Supreme wash to make sure it wouldn't malfunction again. It also did not do a fantastic job in cleaning my car (2 washes in a row and the final result still was sub par mind you). If you are searching for a 24-hour person-free touchless car wash then I suggest you drive further.

Ordered a regular wash, was to somewhat clean the windows but did nothing about grime, residues etc. Car is at least fairly clean on the right side, but take note that the soft touch automatic wash doesn't work well with compacts and smaller cars. $18 to just get my car wet feels like a tad much, but at least it was quick.

Id rather go an extra 5 min to somewhere where the vacuums work. Yikes these ones where bad.

underbody costs 20 bucks, soft touch barley gets the grime off, couldnt reselect wash option after realizing the regular package doesnt have underbody.

Super overpriced. Only reason I went was to get salt washed off the underside of my car, and the nozzles shut off halfway thru me driving in. $18 wasted. Plenty of better washes available for cheaper.

I bought the most expensive wash option at $22 and had high hopes. One of the items was a “spot-free rinse.” This is clearly a misnomer because my truck is COVERED in dried soapy spots. Now I need to hand wash my truck to get rid of the spots left by this car wash.

DO NOT USE. The worst car wash I have ever used. First time going and it didn’t even bother cleaning the soap off / air dry and told me to exit. I tried again assuming it was some issue but after a complete wash cycle I could not notice a single difference to my car. Dirt, bugs, and residue from the ash still remained.
