This place needs a major a reevaluation !! I came there to get some vitamins for my map turtles. (which they clearly sell.) But no vitamins in store. Asked an employee for help they asked if I had a picture cause they had no idea what I was talking about. Then after I show the photo goes "oh, I've never seen any of these before." Then processed to bring me to the smallest end cap aisle they have for turtles. Barely anything on it, but yet they sell turtles. Like how do are you selling an animal but yet don't have the bare basics to take care of the animal. Sure, they have a million starter kits but I already own a tank and a basking light so why should I have to buy a whole kit for the contents in it. You wouldn't sell a cat without cat food so why are the turtles so overlooked. I am extremely disappointed and honestly quite disturbed. ?

Has 1 person that works there that is extremely helpful the most information I've gotten that was helpful in any of the pet co locations I've been in and I've been going to Petco for years I forget his name but he has a long orange ponytail down to his butt and he's really really informative

It was the only place i could find the 2 inch high bed for a medium sized dog. You can find all these beds online but this was the only store you could physically pick one up at.

If I can give 0 star I would. What a shame. Brought my dog in and he came out 4 hours after looking the same. No haircut and no nail cutting or teeth brushing. No extra services that I paid for. Instead they charged me the full amount! Wow. For what, a bath! Which didn't happened because he is still dirty and his hair is knotted. Wow. What a shame. All of these corporate business.

Employees are very kind and Acknowledgeable. Place is clean. Some prices are high but others are good.

Staff is always really helpful and friendly! the animals always look happy and my daughter loves to see the fish whenever I bring her in. This store is definitely my go to store for pet supplies.My only complaint is whenever I go to check out, no matter what cashier is there, they try to sell me the premier membership. Even if I've told them no thanks before, they try to sell me it again. I don't know why they're so pushy but it's gotten to the point that I don't even like making conversation with the cashier's anymore because I know they're going to try to upsell me.

Staff was courteous. The issue is with store prices are consistently more than the website. I got home to realize I almost paid double for the cat carrier I purchased. I didn't notice at the time of checkout since I purchased multiple items.
