This was our second family/home since my son was 5 months old until he went to Kindergarden this year! The staff and teachers have been wonderful. I never once had a bad experience. Everyone was professional, warm, and I always felt reassured that my son was in good hands when I dropped him off every morning. The administrative staff is extremely capable and organized. The facility is always clean and bright. Even during covid when the working situation made my drive extremely long, I refused to have my son go anywhere else. A great bonus is that all food (lunch, snacks) is included! My son has made a lot of friends here and we will miss all the teachers and staff. They have been wonderful!

I have not only had the pleasure of working at NGCC Westford the past few years but my daughter is also a recent graduate as well. She is thriving in school and it is in large part to the care and dedication of her teachers at NGCC. Throughout her time there, her teachers not only showed her patience and love but they also taught her how to function in a classroom, helped her find confidence to advocate for herself, and modeled kindness. I am happy to be a part of such an amazing group of educators and that my daughter began her journey in learning with the teachers here.

Our sons have been going to NGCC since mid-2020 and they adore their friends and teachers there! The teachers and management are all wonderful and have been incredibly supportive and communicative throughout the pandemic. The teachers build in loads time for play, art, outdoor time as well as more academic topics, and have prepared our eldest incredibly well for his upcoming transition to kindergarten. We really love how warm and welcoming NGCC is to all families. Both our children have really thrived at NGCC!

We have been sending our kids to NGCC since 2017. We are very happy with the teachers and staffs there. They are professional and take good care of the kids. My both sons enjoy their time there and I can see them progressing constantly. My elder son was well prepared for kindergarten when he graduated last year. He still wants to come back to see his teachers when he got chance to pick up his brother with me?. We highly recommend NGCC as childcare option.

Our daughter has been going to NGCC since she was 6 months old and our shared experience has been nothing short of fantastic! The teachers and management are very responsive, flexible and most importantly - caring. Our daughter can't wait to get to school every morning and spend time with all her friends and teachers. The school is great in communicating her progress on a daily basis via the app. We are very happy with our decision to send our daughter here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to send their kids to a safe and caring environment.

My daughter has been going to NGCC since she was 18 months. We have had a great experience and love it there. The teachers are top notch and genuinely care about the kids.The Center overall operates at a high standard and is very clean and organized, communication is great. Other pros include high quality food provided and an app that they update throughout the day with photos and details about the children’s activities, naps, meals, etc.I never have to worry about my daughter at next gen- I know she’s well taken care of and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for daycare!

I enrolled my child at NGCC Westford and it was 100% the right decision. My child has so much fun every day! My child is well cared for and loved by the teachers and management team at the school. They prioritize the safety of the children and their well being! I have peace of mind, while I'm working, knowing that my child is in a nurturing environment. My child is learning so much from the teachers and the amazing, top-notch curriculum they provide! I cannot stress enough how much we love this school, they really feel like our family. I am so grateful to NGCC Westford for all they do for my child and my family. If you are looking for an all around amazing school for your child, look no further, you have found that place!

We started going to NGCC since 2017 and both of my children had love it there. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Both of my children love their teachers and friends there. Their communication channel is open and efficient. The center has an app to show how your child is doing throughout the day including pictures. Regular communication via email on events, holidays and etc. On site kitchen providing lunch and 2 snacks were such a great bonus to have! Facility is clean and organize. Highly recommend the center.

I wasn’t going to post my review to Google but it seems they pad their reviews on Facebook in order to bump mine down. So here it is:I had the pleasure of working for this facility and having my two children attend. It was short lived but memorable. My daughter had wonderful, loving teachers who made me feel like I was dropping her off with family. My own coworkers that I worked with were lovely, helpful and a great team. However, my son did not receive the same love and care that my daughter did. He has a language delay and has an IEP seeking services in another program simultaneously. His teachers might have been amazing and I’m positive they tried but I would not know as I was not updated about his struggles, I was not asked what strategies worked for him and I was not allowed to have him attend more than two months. I was told “it would have come to him having to leave eventually”. My son is not a violent kid, he doesn’t cry at the door for me all day and he’s very intelligent and sweet. I am fully aware that he can be a challenge but I feel like this center’s ability to accommodate developmentally delayed children is lacking and I want my review to be a warning for parents in a similar situation as me. If you have typically developing kids, it’s a wonderful place where you will receive loving care and educational value. Trust me, my heart sang when I received projects my son did or happy pictures of him. But find alternate care for any children who may have diverse needs as I don’t believe they have an anti-discrimination policy. It was hard being a teacher in a school that turned the other way for chronic biters, kids who never adjusted to being away from mom and kids who required one-on-one shadowing all day but also a school who would not work with me to help my son. I would have loved to have stayed but if my child is not welcome then neither am I. He is currently flourishing in his program he would have done alongside coming here.

We love NGCC in Westford! We have 3 children there and they are all happy and flourishing! The curriculum keeps them excited about learning, and the staff takes amazing care of them. We are so grateful to be a part of the Next Generation family.

Our son joined NGCC in Westford in February 2020 and has loved every moment there. We love seeing the connections he has made with his classmates and the staff. Whenever we pick him up, we can tell how happy he is and it's amazing to see the care of the teachers for him every time we talk to them about his day. Some days, he doesn't want to leave! They provide updates and even pictures throughout the day, which we love. We unfortunately are leaving due to housing relocation and wish we could stay! Debbie, Kim and the rest of the staff are so responsive to e-mails and phone calls, even if it's just checking in on our son to see how his day is going. We can see how much they care for all their students at NGCC. We HIGHLY recommend anyone looking into NGCC for their child(ren)! Thank you NGCC for the dedication and love you gave to our son.

When I first walked into Next Generation, I was immediately impressed with the facilities and the program offered. Our son started there at 12 weeks old (now 2.5) and has thrived in the care of the teachers and staff. He has had some truly incredible teachers. His infant teachers, in particular, were a great source of information and reassurance for me as a new mom. When we drop our son off in the morning we are always confident that he is the best hands.

We have been a part of NGCC since August of 2015. Our oldest daughter, who is in first grade this year, had such a positive experience. She loved it at NGCC and they did such an incredible job fostering her learning. We couldn't have anticipated just how well NGCC prepared our daughter for first grade, but her transition was seamless and she is striving. NGCC promotes the philosophy of life long learning and they meet the individual developmental needs for each child. We have had such a great experience with our first child and we are excited to see our second go through NGCC! Thank you, NGCC for providing such a nurturing, responsive, collaborative, creative learning environment where there is no worry knowing what quality care our children will be receiving each and every day.

Our family joined the NGCC family 6 years ago and could not be happier with our experience. Both of my kids received high quality pre-kindergarten education along with compassionate care. Classrooms were well equipped to provide developmentally appropriate (and fun) education and play and their teachers truly cared. From babyhood to pre-k, my children enjoyed their experience at NGCC and we felt reassured as parents that our children were well cared for every day.

I have a 2 and 5 year old at NGCC. My 5 year old is about ready to graduate Pre-K and has been at NGCC since he was 3 months old. My 2 year old has been there since he was 2 months old. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at NGCC. The staff and teachers are simply incredible. We all love our children...and I was so nervous about finding good childcare...I truly feel like my children are loved and well cared for - like I can take a breath and know my kids are in excellent hands. One specific thing to point out, I'm VERY impressed with the NGCC curriculum and their commitment to inclusion. It's a very welcoming environment...and for families of color, LGBT families...all kinds of families...you can know that your children and family will be supported. I really cannot say enough about how great the staff and teachers are...highly recommend.
