We have gone to this vet for 10 years and have been happy with the care and service.
I’m not sure what happened recently, but things have gone downhill quickly. The woman at the front desk (maybe the owner?) made things rather challenging. I’m not sure if it’s because they would rather charge full price for flea and tick meds but they made it really challenging to get the online order validated. When I called to ask for help, they were not helpful and were downright rude. When I finally went in to the Vet to just buy it since they still had not validated the order the woman (owner?) was again rude and not helpful.
We needed the pet meds and it sucks when the vet office is the one standing in the way for completion.
I own a small business and I get that customer facing things can be challenging, but there was zero reason for this to happen and there appears to be no attempt to make it right. Unfortunately, we will need to take our business elsewhere.

So happy to bring our girls to Nashoba Valley after being without pets for several years. They were so awesome, I arrived for my appointment and the said sorry your appointment was last week. It was for like the 12th and I showed up on the 21st.
The accommodated me and got Ginger in!! That was so awesome! She was so shy and the vet was awesome sitting on the floor with her to get her used to her!! I love this place!!

Dr. Craig Smith and the staff at Nashoba Valley Veterinary Hospital are always kind and compassionate with our kitties. We have used their services for over 20 years and highly recommend them.

Dr. Sarah is one of the best veterinarian doctors I have ever dealt with. I would not want to see any other vet except for her she is well educated, she is compassionate, and she has the utmost integrity. The one thing that people need to know about this veterinarian clinic is that they don't take advantage of people. They don't have a lot of overhead, and thats because they take care of their patients incredibly well. What they never ever do is missed billed or overcharged for anything, this is a true business of a veterinarian clinic that simply is there to care for animals. They're not concerned about the money that concerned about your pet. And it's a breath of fresh air to know that there is at least one Veterinarian Clinic which is Nashoba Valley that does this, and only they do it. Every other clinic will charge you an arm and a leg above and beyond just to get your money because that's all they care about. But at Nashoba Valley, they're not out to get your money they simply care!! Thank you for all you do for my dog Patches,and but for me as well!
