I just picked up my car from Mill City Auto Body and I am so pleased with the job they did. They got the dent out I went to them for, and they even buffed out a few spots I wasn't expecting for no extra cost. They also had the car ready when they said they would. If I could give them more stars I would, but google limits us to 5 stars!

They do good work, but they take much too long. . . Typically, two to three times as long as promised. If they tell you three weeks, it could be nine.

Just picked up my car from Mill City and I have nothing but praises for Jeff and his team. They took away all of my stresses after getting into an accident and my car looks brand new. Jeff was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the whole process.

The paint doesn't match the rest of my car and everything was misaligned. I have to go to another shop and now pay out of pocket for what insurance covered which was the worst job ever. I do not recommend these people whatsoever.

After a recent accident that scraped the side of my car, I took it here, and Ryan and staff provided amazing service. He asked that I bring it back the following week, after a busy period they were experiencing. They took excellent care of my car and buffed the scratches out completely. My beloved car took a beating while innocently parked at a gas pump this summer, and I put off repairs for ages while ironing out insurance payments. I wish I’d done it sooner, because my car looks SO great now that it’s fixed. The process was easy and took just over a week. 10/10 would bring car in again (though please, universe, no more accidents.)Service: Body & Trim

My car recently went in for repairs after someone crashed into my parked car at a gas pump (incidentally: do not recommend) and Mill City turned the repair around in a week and it looks as good as new. Staff were so helpful and the whole process was simple. I'm crossing my fingers that my car has many incident-free years ahead, but this will be my first choice should I need more work done.
