Was looking for a tasteful original arrangement for a friend. I went to her favorite florist in Groton and was deeply disappointed with the appearance of the shop, the flowers on display and immediately walked out of the disorganized chaos. Went on Google and found this florist where we had received arrangements from in the past. Did not disappoint. Understood immediately what I was looking for and showed me the quality of their flowers. Fresh and first quality product. Excellent quality and service. Highly recommend. The arrangement was stunning and my friend absolutely loved it. We will return. Prompt, professional service. Thanks for your help!

Words cannot describe how much I LOVED my wedding flowers. They were truly one of my favorite parts of my wedding day. Mike completely nailed my vision and knew exactly what would look good at my wedding venue (The Barn at Gibbet Hill). He was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!

The Floral Arts team totally brought our wedding vision to life with their AMAZING floral arrangements! My bouquet and the entire wedding party arrangements were perfect and exceeded all expectations. And I was completely blown away by the arbor, whiskey barrels, cocktail hour and reception arrangements. My husband and I received the kindest words from our guests about our wedding day, all of whom addressed how, visually, everything tied in so elegantly at the venue. When I originally spoke with Mike about the wedding venue (The BArn at Gibbet Hill), we agreed "less is more" and the arrangements completely elevated the look of the venue without taking away it's beautiful charm. Needless to say, Floral Arts understood the assignment and executed everything flawlessly. I highly recommend this company :)

Sent flowers from Canada.Delivery man was honestly the most thoughtful and considerate person I have ever met. I purchased a beautiful set of autumn themed flowers. Out of the 4 flower deliveries from 3 different companies near littleton, my recipient told me that this set was her most favourite.What cgarmed me the most is, I was surprising my recipient with them and unfortunately they werent home during the delivery. After trying to contact me, the delivery man postponed the service due to the heat. The following day, the recipient again was not home. So, the delivery man found a shaded area where the flowers stayed for about 5-6 hours. He called and left me a voicemail explaining the situation. I wish I could adjust a tip for this driver. This man was working on Sept. 7th at 12pm. I will be making this florist my go-to from now own.

Mike at Floral Arts is just amazing! I called him in a panic, after a very last minute decision to have a backyard wedding. It was Mother's Day weekend, and he made the time to help us create a beautiful garland/table runner. He really saved the day. We also used the garland as a swag on the arbor and it was the background for all of our wedding photos! The photo with the garland along the table is from 2 days after our event, and it still looked perfect, even after a hot weekend. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Mike and his team at Floral Arts.

This was my first time using Floral Arts. I chose to go with them due to the unique flower arrangement offered on their website. I ordered the 'Simply Beautiful' deluxe arrangement which costed ~ $85 dollars. I read the disclaimer that substitutions could be made, but what I received was so far from the advertised arrangement's contemporary style and color story. The arrangement sent was, honestly, one I felt I could have gotten from a big, online, flower store for a third of the price. Not only that, my friend sent me a photo 1 day after receiving the arrangement and the roses were already dying; brown around the edges and wilting. At this point, I can't say I will ever use them again. Sorry, I have never written this type ok of review, but for the cost and what was received, I felt swindled.

I'm just terribly disappointed with my today's order, the delivered bouquet is TOTALLY different from what I'd ordered, both in terms of colors and composition of flowers (in fact, completely different ones were used).The worst thing is that I was put in a humiliating position without even warning me.Among other things, the company did not deign to respond to any of the messages I sent after the order.I'm just shocked by such a service for such a large amount ....update from October 25HelloFollowing to Floral Arts Flowers response, I would like to point out that :1. in the bouquet received in fact, we are not talking CLOSE about pastel colors, in the sent bouquet there is a large color palette from white to phosphor pink fuchsia2. the original bouquet on the site is assembled STRICTLY IN ONE shade and color.I assumed that there might not be such a creamy color as on the original, but I suppose that one calm color / tone would be sustained, and not a bright nuclear pink.If white was already used for the base hydrangea, then in my opinion the roses should have been in SAME Ltone - either white or only pale pale pink3. I, as a sane person, understand that there are no tulips now, BUT why are other flowers used instead of gerberas?4. in the original bouquet there is not even a trace of a small white gypsophila, which neither I nor my friend likeIt is CLEARLY seen that there is NO connection at all between the original bouquet on the site and the one that was sentDespite the fact that I am very upset about this situation, and the position in which they put me, if the company finds it possible to send a new bouquet similar to the original, I will be VERY grateful
