I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Scott from Elemental Heating & Cooling for some much needed maintenance & repair work & I can’t say enough positive things about the experience.From the moment I reached out for a quote, their communication was prompt & professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns & thoroughly explain the issues with my HVAC system, outlining the necessary steps to rectify them in a clear manner.When it came to the actual service, Scott displayed an exceptional level of expertise. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time & worked efficiently to diagnose & fix the problems with my system. We called Scott on a Sunday afternoon when our heat went out, he was at our house within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back first thing the next morning with the part and had our heat working within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

We needed a new heating system in our house. We got multiple quotes- all offering the same service. The quote from elemental was the only one we got that was itemized with price breakdowns. Additionally, it was significantly less than the other quotes. Scott did great work, was responsive by text when we needed him and clearly cares about his work and customers. I would 100% hire them again.

We hired Scott after another HVAC company incorrectly installed a new heat pump system in our home. Scott came out and took his time inspecting our system and identifing the issues. Since the system was still under warranty he worked with the manufacturer to come to the best solution for us. He took his time to fix our system and make sure it was fixed. He is very knowledgeable with HVAC systems, will make sure you understand everything happening and will work to find the best solution.

I chose Elemental and Scott to add a heat pump to my gas forced air system after reading a lot of recommendations, and I wasn't disappointed in any way. Scott responded very quickly to any text or email I sent him. He arrived when he said he would. He thoroughly assessed my house's heating and cooling requirements and discussed all the options. I asked a lot of detailed questions and Scott had every answer immediately. He worked with me to site the outside unit where it would be least obtrusive and knew off the top of his head just how much sound it would make in dB.The installation went smoothly despite torrential rain on the first day. Scott and his team were well prepared, setting up a canopy under which they built a base for the outside unit. The electrician had to run the new power line for the heat pump a long way through my basement's finished ceiling, and the only evidence of that difficult task is an inconspicuous access panel the size of a outlet in the ceiling.I'm not in the least surprised that Scott and Elemental have rave reviews from customers and I'm happy to add my experience.Service: Heating system installation

I had Scott and team out to repair a minisplit, and from the first interaction they were fantastic - very communicative, prompt, professional, and even vacuumed the carpets when they were finished.
