I was getting chocolate with my friend, and it was buy one get one 50% off supposedly, but it didn't work. We were trying to figure it out, and the checkout was beeping. The worker was helping the guy next to us, and we clicked help on the machine so it would stop beeping. This old woman employee yelled across the store at us. She said "he's clearly helping someone next to you. you need to be patient." she sounded really annoyed by our confusion. she immediately turned and walked away. do not come here unless you want to be yelled at

Every time I call 3 hrs ahead of going for my prescription and they say it is in process, I get there and I still have to wait for it.

Yesterday I went to get a vaccination and found it was quite busy at around 5:30pm, which is not surprising because it's a small but apparently popular store. I was amazed how the three pharmacists were juggling the customers in line, their computer screens and orders coming in that way (I assume), the phones with more orders and questions, the meds and the syringes, always trying to prioritize what needs most attention at any moment. They were extremely busy and under pressure but still managed being very patient and professional with people, which really impressed me. It looks like often folks like to complain in google reviews, so I wanted to make little effort to express my appreciation. Thank you!

my doctors office sent them my prescription which Injave had for years. they claimed they had not received instructions of use. asked my doctors office to resend which they did. called their automated system told me I could pick up on a Sunday. went there on a Monday and they said they had not received instructions. I explained my doctors office did. they didn't seem to care. "not our systems" they said. I asked them if I could put them on the phone so they could see they already sent them they said "no they need to call us". very unhelpful attitude. my doctors office and I switched to Walgreens had them ready in 24 hours. unbelievable arrogance and lack of customer service in this pharmacy. they have clearly gotten too big to care ... so switch over we don't have to accept this terrible treatment !

I just moved here from Bedford and had my prescriptions transferred over to the Westford CVS. I asked for 2 of the prescriptions to be filled and they promised them by 5pm. I arrived at 5:45 to pick them up and was told they weren’t ready and I would have to wait or come back. I chose to wait, with my daughter in the car, and the prescriptions were ready about 10 minutes later. When I got home, I found that neither of the prescriptions they filled were the ones I asked for.I called them and they apologized and said to bring them back yet, when I brought them back, they refused to take them, refused to refund my money, denied any responsibility and then tried to charge me for another prescription (days later, only 1 of the 2 prescriptions I asked for was actually ready).I had to call the police who came, investigated and found that NOBODY WAS IN CHARGE of the pharmacy at the time so I would have to come back when the manager was there on Monday.After having already made 2 trips to CVS, waiting extra time for the wrong prescriptions, time on the phone with them, time with the police etc, I called and spoke to the manger instead. She was rude, kept making excuses and denied responsibility for their repeated screw ups. She finally agreed to refund my money but also asked that I don’t go there anymore which is hilarious!I don’t know why the hell she thinks I would I ever even consider going back; this CVS is HORRIBLE! The people and their manager are incompetent and there’s just a complete lack of accountability. What if I were an elderly person and didn’t realize I had been given the wrong medication? No wonder CVS has such low reviews on Google and Yelp!CVS has lost the business of my entire family (6 people) over this. I moved everything over to the Walgreens right across the street and the service there was phenomenal.

The staff at this CVS, Are very friendly and helpful. I needed some help finding what I was looking for and I was helped! The gentleman that helped me was at the entrance when I came in to the store and said hi to me and asked me how I was doing… Also the store was nice and clean!

I don't have any words. I can't believe how rude the pharmacy is. The staff is HORRIBLE. I will be going to a different pharmacy. Some of the rudest people I have ever met. Period. Disgusting.

what insued at westford cvs pharmacy was appalling. I didn't know drug was at chelmsford. I show up at westford. Told by pickup. I see it but you have to go to drop off. I do. No kindness from anyone. You would get better treatment at a military base.Same treatment at drop off. Call ins I can't release this. You need to opt out delivery. Leave. In car, call insurance. They state cannot release, need to have pharmacy reject.This is now a wild chase they cvs is putting me thru.I go back in. They are closed for lunch. I can see person behind counter but shut, refuses to even talk to me.I wait 1/2 hour. Go in. It's open.I ask her why they made me call back ins waste more time when they just needed to reject it.She says idk. Never looking at me, no apologizing, just robotic behavior.But she has no problem push off on insurance. Demands I call ins again because she cannot still fill it. On phone with ins speakerphone in cvs, it's revealed by ins the prescription is in chelmsford. Cvs confirms !!!!!!What. You made me jump thru hoops, no mention is always was in chelmsford and go there. And can't fill at this cvs. No apologizing not once through this whole waste time. They don't care your time was wasted only to have drug at another cvs.I'm going to bbb. I see all these horrible reviews. For over a year. Nothing has been done.Whoever the manager is, is failing us, the customers by not changing the behavior, or doing what is necessary to fix this. I'm adding this review again . First time it didn't Appear in reviews.

Horrible customer service! Called the pharmacy ,was on hold for over 30 min ,spoke with three different people, and at the end they disconnect the call!Will never ,ever use this pharmacy again! and i am a pharmacist myself!

*This location is not certified to do DOT physical inspections at this time*And that's ok, stuff happens. But, here's what really grinds my gears.I made an appointment *after* calling to confirm they perform DOT physicals. Then, registered online where it asked more than once if I was there for a DOT physical. All's well, then I get there at the appropriate time (15 min early, as requested via online check in) and waited about 35 minutes, only to be told they're not staffed with anyone certified to perform DOT physicals and offer that I go to Andover instead... I didn't make a fuss, cause the dude was clearly sorry and it wasn't his fault. But, why was it confirmed as a certified DOT physical site multiple times via phone conversation and online box clicking when that wasn't the case?*They are currently training their people to become certified, so in time they'll be A ok I'm sure. But for now, don't waste your time trying to get certified here.One star cause I need to be recertified within the next week, thought I was saving a buck ($109 at CVS min clinic vs $115+ elsewhere in my area) and I'm a grumpy old trucker who hates wasting time/mileage.Would recommend this location for literally anything else, so long as it's legal. But no DOT physicals for a while friends.

My daughters prescription was out of stock and I was told that I could have it transferred to one that had it. I called Westford to confirm and the staff were extremely rude. I spoke with two different staff hours apart within the same day and on both occasions they treated me rudely and very short. The woman treated me as if I should know the laws around prescriptions.

I really wish CVS would staff their pharmacy better. They are always so busy, too busy. I have been spoken to abruptly by staff there, they don't answer their phone and it's because they are over worked. It's not right to treat professionals so rudely. They only have a half hour for lunch, it's ridiculous. I need my pharmacy toanswer their phone.
