We went to Bridges & Bows Violin Shop today for changing my violin old steel Prelude strings into Dominant/Pirastro combination strings. The shop owner was very friendly and helpful. He not only helped us to change the strings but also fixed a minor problem beyond our knowledge. The total cost was minimum for us. We were so glad for the visit with a 40min driving! We will definitely visit again in the future!

We needed a little bit of repair work done on a cello. Nobody local (to Leominster) did cellos. Went to Bridges & Bows. They were great. Took it in and fixed it in a day, got it back as soon as it was done drying and did a great job. Timely, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

As I entered the shop I heard the owner doing what I know he loves best, playing his violin and immediately new if you want to aquire a musical instrument or be taught then this was the person and place .

I've just come back home from a gratifying trip to Bridges & Bows. I was greeted and assisted by the owner, Valerie Callahan. She was friendly and knowledgeable and carefully examined the violin I brought. She listened to my concerns and resolved the issue by demonstrating the proper adjustments for my instrument and further instructing me. The owner was generous with her time and wonderfully informative and kind.
