Karim and his mechanics are honest, skilled and reliable folks. I went there for a brake and rotor change and he charged a very fair amount. Highly recommend his auto shop. Please schedule with him over the phone before heading there. He is usually busy, but will always try and accommodate his customers.

Honest Perfect Smart. Hears cars weird sounds. He drives. And tells exact issue. Very fair in charges also. So many timez. He dont charge. I took my car. He checks tire threads. Brakes Rotors Pads. Gives honest feedback. All are good. I went to showroom. They gave estimate like $1,200. I need new tires. Rotors etc. But he never ever did. Honest to Core??

Moved from Westford in 2021 and the 2 things I miss most are Kimball’s ice cream and the auto service delivered by Karim at the Oak Hill BP gas station. There is not a finer human being operated an auto service business. His motto of “fix what’s broke” means just that. He will call if they discover something else that needs repair and leave the choice to you!

Karim is beyond honest, his prices are Beyond reasonable, and he is beyond friendly. They should change their name to “Beyond Your Wildest Dreams.” I can’t say enough about this place, I go out of my way to fill up my gas tank here, I only use Karim for all of my family‘s mechanical needs. Uncle Moe makes my toddler laugh when he fills up the tank. And Karim charges below market rates. My only complaint is that I can’t leave more stars. He deserves 10.

Too bad Google only allows one review. Every time I go to BP, they surpass my expectations. The guys would help me with fixing my car's minor problems at no cost and attend me without making me wait. I feel like I am the owner when I go there. Very talented and customer friendly people work there.

Karim is an honest good car mechanic. Service might take a while tho, overall worth it.

Brought car in on September 17th for oil change, new oil pan, tire rotation, alignment and to look at the noise in the steering. On that Saturday I got a text that the oil pan and oil change was done and the noise was my electric steering rack and pinion. Which Karim explain was 15+ hour job. I told him I wanted it fixed but to please provide an estimate. He told me he would have one Monday or Tuesday.. I made several calls and texts throughout the week in an attempt to find out about the estimate. Each followed with a promise of having one either later that day or the next. Finally I sent a text asking if he was too busy to please just tell me. I had not heard back from Karim since September 23rd. So today Saturday September 26 I went to pick my car up. No rotation or alignment done. Just oil pan and oil change. I will not be back and would never recommend this type of service. He is clearly very busy and should not take cars in the shop unless he car actually provide the services. Very disappointed as Karim came highly recommended.
