Amazingly bad customer service. The place is very, very slow. Orders take a LONG time (15+ minutes for a sub). When you do get your order it is often screwed up and when you tell them there is a mistake they will argue with you that it is your fault for not reading the slip. Nothing good about the food to make it worth the wait and the rude service.

This place has literally one of, if not the best steak and cheese I’ve ever had. It’s a very unassuming location, but don’t be deterred the food is out of this world. The prices are just right too! You can get a a full sub, a side of your choice and a drink for under 12 dollars…….. name one other place where you can even get a damn sub for 12 bucks?!? You can’t…… give these guys all the business cause they deserve it!

The food that's made to order is exceptional, great quality. The wait can be horrible, I typically order online and rarely have I been able to walk in, grab my food and go. When ordering online it will tell you an estimated pick up time of 10-15 min, I've gotten there 25min later and still stand around waiting; one time I got there about 20min after the estimated time and the person working there hadn't even taken it from the machine that prints out online order slips yet. When it comes to the premade hot sandwiches in the temp controlled box against the wall, SKIP those! Very unsatisfying and taste like they may have been put out multiple days in a row.

I work for Fed Ex and I’ve been doing the Westford town route for a year now and this is one of my go to places to grab food. The things that will always have me coming back for more are the prices, the food, the service and without a doubt I can’t forget it’s the people who work here. Big shout out to all the staff for being amazing and always providing great service and food.This place deserves 10 stars not 5 which isn't enough. In addition thank you for always feeding me :).

I work near by and I eat here religiously , the staff is very warm, welcoming, and super friendly. The food is of great quality. Let’s not also forget the great prices/quantity. I’ve eaten damn near everything on the menu, and there is nothing that I do not like. With today’s level of inflation I am surprised to not see their price change with it which is very welcomed. 5 stars with a full recommendation.

"I get my favorite sandwiches in Westford from here; they're very light and fresh. I believe the quality of the ingredients they use is perfect . Moreover, the prices are quite reasonably. Thank you for delicious food.

Hats off to Mike and his crew. We just had a large party at our house. He filled my crock pot with a load of his famous chili. It was the hit of the party. People were going back for thirds. I highly recommend this Deli, they serve great food and it’s always fresh. Thanks Ross K.
