They are right about one thing, it's touchless. No dirt gets touched on your car.

Don’t expect to actually get your car clean here. It’ll clean some of the pollen off, but it’ll also leave residue from the rinse… 20 bucks for a dirty rinse and subpar dry is terrible. Tried to contact them before a review, but no response.
