The vet and staff here are amazing. I bring my dog and 2 cats. They are always informative, give great advice, compassionate, knowledgeable, and fair.
They handled the busyness of the day with grace and professionalism. I could tell it was a busy day and as soon as the vet came into the room it was all about my pets, they gave my animals service with intentional care.
Have patience with them and they will give you the absolute best service.
Thank you WAC.

Just called and tried to book my first appointment for my dog as we have recently relocated, and the woman on the phone responds with "A what?!" and then proceeds to hang up. For a clinic that I was recommended to by a personal friend, the behavior this clinic just exhibited is atrocious.

They mysteriously “lost” all of our animals records. Dr.Fowler would be appalled at the circus show.

Dr. Larochelle and her staff are absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know you and your pets. They ensure that you are given all the information you need to make informed choices about your pet, and I've never felt rushed or pressured into making any decision. Our dogs have been cared for by Dr. Larochelle since 2015, and even after moving a bit further away, we have continued to see Dr. Larochelle because she is amazing! We have had some health scares over the years with our pups, and she has always been right alongside us, helping us navigate their medical needs even when they were seen by vets outside of her practice (emergency medicine, specialists, etc.). Dr. Larochelle and her staff are compassionate, kind, patient, and dedicated to their practice. We are so lucky to work with her and are so grateful for all the amazing care she and her team have provided to our dogs who are now well into their senior years. Thank you Dr. Larochelle and staff for all your amazing work!

The staff there are knowledgeable and kind. I've never encountered such patience in a veterinary environment and the doctor does very well with explaining costs, services, and procedures. Some of my cats have health struggles and I can honestly say that they are in good hands with this clinic.

This is a reply to the vet comment on my mom's post (Oksana Konsulian) since she cant reply to what you said:
Let me clear up some of these inaccuracies that you are stating. You mentioned I outright declined the ‘recommended blood work’, this is not entirely true. I asked the nurse if I absolutely needed to get this blood work done if my Max was healthy, and she said he did not if I believe he is healthy, which I stand by. Im paying for this out of pocket so I would assume you would be understanding with the costs you are inflicting on your clients, guess not.
In regards to you saying that you ‘recommended working up his liver’, that’s even more untrue. After he had his seizers and we thought that his liver might be a factor, I asked the nurse if there was anything we can do and she blatantly told me ‘no, there is nothing we can do, pay your bill and go see a specialist’ I was shocked in my time of need with how rude you have become with dealing with a problem that might need more care than you are willing to offer.
The neutering portion is also wrong. I rescued Max from a family member that could not give him the care he needed (which I told you about) and took him right away to this vet to examine him. We were not told about his prostate issue right away, like you are stating (um can I say misrepresentation?). It took a minute for you to discover this, and when we were told, we right away had the procedure done. Thank you.
With those corrections being addressed let me make a long story shorter. These are the facts I know. Max went there a healthy boy and came out with seizers and ‘liver failure’. I was not there and can’t say everything they did to him, so of course this vet can say whatever they want. After getting him away from this vet, I was able to nurse him back to health and he is doing wonderful. As you can see, something was not right, but common sense shows that this vet is the common factor.
Let me remind you though that my dog was the patient and I am the owner. If you want to pull all the information you can skew from his charts, that is not your place. I know my dog doesn’t have HIPAA protection but I would assume a vet should not be posting my private information. Kind of messed up. You are now slandering my name and sharing information that is mine to share, not yours. You should be more professional than this and it is being shown what kind of standard you hold yourself to. We can keep this back and forth going till the end of time, but maybe you should listen to your client and be sympathetic instead of trying to slander my name. Grow up, your a vet and animals do need you.
