Milos, my initial salesman, was professional, and seemed like everything was going to straighten itself out. After I realized that a good part of my features were not available, I came in today and saw Max (it was Milos's day off). Max really took the bull by the horns and straightened out all of my issues. He did it in a caring way, without regard for the time he was spending helping me. Max saved the day! Thanks to him, my phone is virtually "back to normal".

Khalisah was friendly, professional and extremely patient. I had an iPhone 8’s and was unsure about many of the options available. I am not really too tech savvy and Khalisah explained everything until I understood. She followed up with me and answered all my questions. She even provided assistance a few weeks when I was unable to access one of my emails. All I had to do was contact her.
Can’t say enough about her. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Customer Service!! I saw Khalisa today for a complicated issue with my phone.. other Verizon stores couldn't figure out what was wrong.. but Thanks to her and the Manager, Todd.. My phone is back to normal!! Thank you both so much!!

I accidentally sawed my phone while working on tile. Chris Kibby was extremely patient with me as I had little information. He took the time to get what I needed and was very helpful, calm, professional and kind.

OUTSTANDING service with this store. Mike Forand, our salesman, went above and beyond to fit our needs and showed what devices would be the suitable fit for us. He’s checked in also with us after the sale to make sure all is what was guaranteed and if there was anything else we would need or simple just to answer any lingering question.
By far it was the wisest choice going here based on the level of customer service we received.
We will continue to go with Mike and his expertise help for now on.

Was told that they can’t do anything. I was told by multiple employees I can do everything on my phone on my own. I asked them what was the point of this store if you guys can’t do anything for me, he told me “we sell phones and accessories, that’s all. If you want anything done you need to go to the corporate store”
