Wow these People are so rude and ridiculous I called and ordered a salad I was going to pick up the girl tells me to hold on well a few minutes goes by waiting on the phone this rude guy gets on and said I can’t order from them ever again lol because one time I couldn’t find my card and didn’t pick up the order but I told them what happened but honestly, it’s fine with me seeing all the bad reviews of you guys selling old meat I’m actually happy to not go back there again

Ordered a chicken cutlet for my daughter. Meat went (was bad) bad. They started yelling at me for bring back the grinder. the owner threw the money at me and told me not to come back. be aware of spoiled food at this place.. will never buy or eat anything from this place again.

Ordered bbq wings expecting a traditional sweet/tangy bbq sauce but was displeased when the box stunk of Buffalo sauce I opened it and they were a red orange if this is what you call bbq you need to put something saying it’s spicy, the manager refused to refund me over the phone or send out plain wings in return of these ones even when I said I’d give them the old ones back to prove I don’t just want free food, I was then told “there’s nothing we can do” so I hung up and rinsed and reheated all 12 wings… thanks Valley

This is our go to pizza place in town. They make the best cheese pizza and calzones. :) They also have incredibly good dinners. We have been going to them for years and I honestly don't think I've ever had anything that I didn't like from them! The chef that makes the dinners can really make some incredibly good dinners. Quick service, consistently good.

I got a calzone delivered. It was supposed to be meat lovers. The only meat I noticed was pepperoni and it was a very small amount of pepperoni and it was two dollars to add onions two dollars To just one calzone came to $35 before tip never

SO, FROM VALLEY PIZZAON OCT. 31ST,MY GIRLS ORDERED A CHEESEBURGER GRINDER WITH LIGHT MAYO, LETTUCE, TOMATO. THEY GOT EXTRA EXTRA MAYO AND NO TOMATO, AND EXTRA LETTUCE. IT WAS A MAYONNAISE AND LETTUCE GRINDER. BASICALLY. MY STEP DAUGHTER CUT ONE LITTLE PIECE OFF, TOOK ONE LITTLE BITE AND THREW THE REST OUT. THE DRIVER CAME TO GET THE REST OF IT, AND THEY REMADE IT. THEY COULDN'T EAT IT BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH MAYONNAISE WAS ON IT. IT WAS DISGUSTING, THEY SAID.NOW, FRIDAY NIGHT, WE TRIED TO ORDER. THE GUY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT TURAN ( THE OWNER) SAYS IF THE COMPLAINING DOESN'T STOP, HE WON'T TAKE OUR ORDERS ANYMORE???? IS THAT THEIR VERSION OF HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION???WE'VE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THEIR RESTAURANT FOR YEARS, AND THIS IS THE THANKS WE GET???! too bad I can't leave no stars. so, from Valley Pizza on Oct. 31st my girls ordered a cheeseburger grinder with light mayo, lettuce, tomato. they got extra extra mayo and no tomato, and extra lettuce. it was a mayonnaise and lettuce grinder. basically. the exact opposite of what they ordered. my stepdaughter cut one little piece off, took one little bite, and threw the rest out. the girls couldn't eat it because of how much mayonnaise was on it. it was disgusting. they said they almost vomited. turan said, "Most of it was eaten." that's a pile -O ! they remade it and came to get the rest of it. you'd think when they got it back to the pizzeria and opened it, they would've looked at our ticket, apologized, and offered a free grinder next time. but noooo. now, friday night, we tried to order. the guy on the phone told me that the owner, Turan, says if the complaining doesn't stop, he won't take our orders anymore????!!! if. the. complaining. doesn't. stop. has anyone ever heard such a thing from a restaurant???....is that their version of hospitality and customer service and satisfaction??? we've spent over ****$12,000.00**** thousand dollars at their restaurant in the past 3 years; $4,000.00 per year. and that's just the food. we tip at least $5 every time. I'VE even tipped the phone, girls. so if you count the tips, we're talkin' another $1,440.00, just to the drivers. then, the phone girls add another $600, roughly. grand total:.... around ***** $14,000.00.***** that's 6 months' pay @ $15/hour, 40 hours/ week. and this is the thanks we get?? I have a family of girls, and that's how they're treated by these SUCKERS? that's how he treats women. like pieces of TURD so he doesn't care because he's a millionaire, right? well, social media is a very big place. I plan on paying for a google ad telling people our story. plus platforms, community forums, and websites I own. you don't get to hurt people without some recompense. never bite the hand tidy feeds ya. i gather this can hopefully cost him at least several thousands of $$ in potential business and, in turn, he learns some kind of lesson from this! I take the hospitality business very seriously. so we urge you not to eat at Valley Pizza! for if they screw up your food (*which they do frequently*), and you have the audacity to complain about it, they'll terminate you as a customer. banned for life. horrible, horrible man. terrible attitude, no apology. according to him, it's our fault they don't know how to read or make a simple grinder. 2-bit loser. fah - q. this is me being as polite as I can be.
