“Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!”
