Required notary services immediately for some documents that needed to go out ASAP, came here and was in and out within 10 minutes, they also shipped the documents for me via FedEx with a prepaid label. Great and friendly service I will definitely come back.

They doing awful work on packing fragile stuff.
I got two 18th century sculptures on an auction, seller used this pack store as only option to do the shipping. One of them severe damaged when package arrived. Then a long battle to ask them to fix the issue. They dragged this for 5 months, then sent me $300 for a total 1.1K value items. Two stars for I finally got some money back after all, I thought they were just ignoring it, won’t take any responsibility.

Simply the best,Better than all the rest! The package store handles all of my mailbox and shipping needs. I fully trust them with my important mail and parcels with no worries. They have a very efficient staff there that actually cares. I never have problems there. It's easy to connect with the owner when something needs special attention. Their pack and ship service is the best! I was lucky to find them.

John and his team are just amazing. We had to pack, ship and insure a pretty expensive machine to New York City. They have so many packing materials to use to make sure that our product wouldn’t be damaged. They used foam, corrugated, packaging, material shrink wrap. It was an amazing experience to work with them.

I don't know how people can have a bad experience with John and crew! When I was doing a special project, near and dear to my heart and being shipped multiple times, they handled it wonderfully and people made comments on how well it was packed...I did NOT pack it, they did. They use FedEx which scares me; REALLY BAD experiences through them and Amazon, but John and FedEx always get my items to who they are destined for. John is a riot. Stop in and chat with him if you get the chance!
