i just wanted to say thank you to Kathy she was so sweet and patient with me making sure everything transferred to my new phone. she even took the time to teach me a few tricks on my new iphone. if you ever happen to stop at this location go see Kathy.

If I could have given zero stars, I would've. Paid a cash pymt and they never applied it to my account. This lead to phones being shut off and over $100 in fees. Long story short they aren't people of their word and have terrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Waste of time going to this location if you need any kind of customer service. Never have I been told that I should have called customer service first instead of going to an actual store for help. Also never have I been turned away when asked for help with the matter. Wish I caught the name of the worker, but either way absolutely useless for help. Do yourself a favour and stay away

Jason was great he answered all of our questions. Had some issues with phone speed. He took the time to go through our phones and fixed things. He has a great personality easy to talk to. The westfield T-mobile will be out new store. Thank you for a great experience.

Worse T Mobile store in the area. Went in to inquire adding to my plan and what it will cost. The employee then added two lines to my account making my bill jump up $82. I did not find this out til my bill came out . The same employee told me I couldn’t do anything about it. This is not the first horrible experience inside the store. It was actually the third time and I should have stopped when the first time a different employee lied to me.I do not recommend going to the Westfield store, drive the extra to go to any other. These two employees do not care about you like T Mobile would say they do. T Mobile is a great company just got to pick out the bad apples.

I will only go to the Westfield location and only prefer to work with Tyler. He explains everything and when he teaches me something about my phone he shows me how to do it a few times and then has me do it so I understand and remember it. Highly recommend Tyler at this location.
