This Guy is a scumbag. I know two older women that Gary screwed over one woman brought in a $3000 pearl ring he threatened her. He took the ring, gave her no money and then told her to get out of his shop. If she came back, he would hurt her. The second woman brought in a diamond ring that was around $3000. He ended up switching the diamond out with glass so if anybody is trying to get a diamond fixed I would definitely not go to him. I guarantee he is probably done this to other people. this place should be shut down this guy harasses women has said disgusting things to women. He makes them very uncomfortable. It’s funny. He doesn’t do any of this to men, but any woman that I’ve known has been in There has had some kind of horrible experience with this loser.

I would recommend going with a friend because I found it very creepy. The locked door was opened mid afternoon to let me in and then closed behind me without a word or greeting. As I fought panic watching if the door would be locked behind me without a word, I regretted not bringing a friend, phone, or my gun. ultimately the man threw a bill on the counter which I picked up and left. Not pleasant and do not recommend if you have an alternative

Fantastic service! Scott came in on a Saturday even though he doesn’t work Saturdays anymore just size my engagement ring! He genuinely cares about his customers. We had great conversation and I will certainly be back for him to custom make my wedding band. I also saw a beautiful necklace I’ll be checking back for during the holidays for my mom! Scott repaired my gold crucifix chain at no charge. Any other place would have. He is a good guy, a fair man and has excellent jewelry to sell and his expertise in the jewelry business is second to none. It's good to see that there are still good honest people in the world.

Fantastic service here! I was told by other jewellers that I would have a long wait time for a watch battery, and Scott's Jewellers was able to help me out and have the replacement within minutes. The gentleman who helped me was efficient, quick and pleasant to talk to. I entirely recommend coming here! 10/10

This place has never treated me wrong. Sized my engagement ring within minutes. Appraised wedding band and ring within minutes. Connected my rings together within minutes. My stone was loose, literally fixed it in 15 minutes, shined it, and didn't charge me. Can't say anything bad about aby of my experiences here

New to area and needed my wedding band sized. Responded immediately to my message I left and said to come right down. Ring fixed in 10 min! Friendly, knowledable, and reasonable price. Lots of pieces to look at while waiting, both new amd vintage. I will definately use again for repairs I may need!

Stopped in on my lunch break to find a gift for my friend’s birthday! Had such a wonderful experience! He did an amazing job of helping me select the right piece of jewelry in my price range! Did not try to upsell me or even show me things that were out of my price range! Very happy with my shopping experience! Highly recommend as a great small business with quality jewelry!!
