My first time with Safety Restore and had a lot of questions. Sent my belt in for rewebbing due to wear. It was 3 days USPS there, 24 hr turn around, and 3 days back to me, I was very satisfied with the service I received. SR packed my return belt well to protect the electrical connector clips which seemed fragile. Installation went great since they zip tie the strap out to facilitate installation - thanks! Minor for me was the color was not what I expected. Thanks!

My daughter has an older Toyota Hiace imported from Japan. The drivers side belt was excessively frayed to the point it wouldn't retract. Safety Restore matched the color and had it back to me within 1 week including shipping both ways. Extremely Satisfied!!! Great communication from them concerning the whole process.

shipped to them the whole mechanism with some trim plastic I couldn't remove. They returned the whole thing perfectly with new webbing that matches almost perfectly the other webbing in the car, you really don't notice the new seatbelt. The service was performed in the time stipulated.
