I discovered Rt 202 Antiques after finding Sean's ad for a gorgeous solid wood sideboard on Craigslist. After a couple "just the facts" emails, it was a pleasure to meet Sean at the shop which is not far from where I live. I feel very fortunate to have found such a beautiful antique for the price that was quoted. He even delivered to my home for a small fee. This is a major reason I was even able to make the purchase, because I just don't have the a truck available to transport it myself. He has a lot of nice pieces. I'm looking forward to going back.

I imagine they have great stuff. And the prices might be amazing. But we will never know, since the #Facebook service was TERRIBLE. I am attaching a conversation I had with whoever is working today.. And when I tried to post in the community, it was immediately deleted. Such a fishy situation. I will not be going there and don't recommend the store to anyone else.

Owner made an offer on an antique piece at my home, blew off the appointment to pick it up, and when I stopped in after waiting several weeks for a new date, he took back the deal and was rude. Told me no date worked and good luck selling that! Not a man of his word for sure!

Wish I could give zero stars. I came to an agreed price for a dresser, and sent my husband in his truck to pick it up after work. The owner jacked up the price by another $25! Unbelievable--

I had a great experience at Route 202 Antiques today. The selection was huge, with some really great pieces and a true variety of styles/pieces from different eras. I found the prices to be extremely fair, and I walked away very happy with my purchases. Plus, they take credit (I'm realizing this is relatively rare in the Pioneer Valley/Western Mass). I have nothing but good things to say about this shop --Â and I reckon I'll be back within a few days to make one piece in particular (a true stunner, though I can't say what it is) my own.
