Delivered 230 gallons charged me for 249. Person on the phone is belittling. You're not the only company in town. Filed a complaint with BBB. I will never do business here again.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Lost my on line order of 599.95 that I purchased. Then when they found it, they were going to deliver on, Wednesday, then Thursday then Friday, delivery came late on Saturday. My on order was for 3.99 cents a gallon, copy of the order was lost, they charged me 437.00 per gallon. Without the copy I couldn’t distribute the order. If I had a copy of the order I would have taken Pioneer Valley Oil to court. Please read this review and beware of this company.

Terrible place. I asked for fill on oil, never told me they will be holding 800.00 out of my checking.3 days after receiving oil ...never put the 300.00 back in my checking ( oil was only 500.00). And not cheaper than other oil companies...shop around people.

I have been a customer for many years. Really, Pioneer is second to none. Each and every time that I have had a situation over they years, Pioneer went above and beyond to assist me.

Very professional and easy to work with. Went above and beyond. I called to schedule a time to fill my oil tank, which would have been in about 1 week. When the customer service person heard that I was very low however, he took my number and called me back a few minutes later saying that they had arranged an extra, early, 50gal oil delivery for today to make sure I don’t run out before my fill next week (it’s winter and it is colllld! I was prepared to go buy lots of diesel to keep my house from freezing). Without me asking, or requesting, they arranged a bonus 50gal delivery- no special charge - just food above and beyond service that is going to save me time, energy, money and thought! Thanks guys! I also love that they keep all info on file so ordering and paying is super easy!

Absolutely fantastic service cant even emphasize that enough, I purchased a home with being told the propane tank was owned by the previous owner and would stay at the house, come move in day the tank was gone upon arrival, I contacted multiple propane companies more local to my house in wilbraham and everyone told me a minimum of a week just to look. Then plan to install the tank after that initial look a week later. Then I got a hold of pioneer valley oil and imediatly the same day I had the greatest service tech I've met come to my house. Mind you I'm also a service tech so I can be pretty brutal on judging them, and Tim was nothing but professional and made me feel like a friend imediatly, he taught me everything I needed to know and was extremely kind to my family and their concerns, the following day he showed up right in the time frame he told me he would be there and promptly went to work. Upon completion he tested all my devices that ran on the propane and even repaired the ones having trouble firing. After everything was said and done he explained that now that I own the tank I can shop around anywhere for my propane and did not push his own company on me. Because of the immediate service and the respect and extreme quality of workmanship and character Tim showed I decided to set up my propane services with them. This is the kind of experience that will make you not only a customer but a friend for many years to come. Thank you pioneer valley and most importantly thank you Tim for everything you do and the man you are.

They overfilled the oil tank in my family's home in the hill towns and threw down kitty litter and what looked like puppy training pads and left a big mess that is stinking up the whole house. I left a message which I am still waiting for a call back. I have begun looking for their trucks I guess I must track down the driver myself to get to the bottom of this. Even if it's at the home of one of their customers. Don't let them into your house!

I highly recommend Pioneer Valley Oil Inc. I’ve been doing business with them for many years. They’re professional on the phone and I never had a problem getting my oil delivered on time. Anyone who answers the phone is extremely helpful.

Both my dad and I have been customers years. Never a problem. In fact, my dad looks forward to an oil delivery chatting at length with the very friendly driver. Have taken my expired coupons...no questions asked.
