I wish I had seen the previous post this fall when we also bought a house from this company-similar experience unfortunately (did not disclose certain problems about the house, did not uphold some of the agreed upon negotiations, etc.) I would be very careful if buying a house from this company; negotiate like hell or get a very thorough inspector and have him/her check everything and record it in the report.

After having bought or sold eight different houses in my lifetime, this experience of working with Park Square Realty was beyond all my expectations. Both Ted Cassell and Kyle Shoemaker are highly professional but yet very personable as well. Most real estate agents are not as quick to return calls, texts or emails after the contract has been signed. With Ted and Kyle I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response.I live on the other side of the country and was not knowledgeable about the uniqueness of the Massachusetts real estate market and requirements. I needed to sell a house in Westfield after the death of a relative. Ted Cassell met with me for a couple hours to describe the process, provided realistic (key word) comps of similar properties, prepared a contract for us to sign and got our first offer, all within 24 hours. During the subsequent seven weeks both Ted and Kyle worked tirelessly to make everything fall into place for a successful closing. These two gentlemen restored my faith and confidence in this profession. With them, this whole experience was beyond all belief. Outstanding job!! Thank you both so much for everything you did for my family. You both are so professional.

My friend Barry works there and is the kindest ,most honest, and smart realtor, you'll ever meet. The office is right downtown in Westfield on elm Street it's very clean and well kept, the staff is always pleasant ,courteous ,and professional.?

This company represented Farrelly Family Trust during a sale. They were very dishonest during the sale. The sellers were negligent when fixing the bathtub and failed to comply with all repairs agreed upon in the contract then lied about it. Be careful with Gerard Farrelly and Farrelly family trust.
